Terrible scanning, uploading and processing
The scanner recorded the wrong VIN 5 times and the wrong mileage 3 times, could not upload the photos and lost all my inPut. There is no option to input info manually. Add to that, there is no technical support at The phone number one is told to call for help. That number only registers claims. This app should never have been launched in this condition. And I am an experienced photographer having over 50 YEARS with all sorts of cameras. My phone is the new Apple SE and has a great little camera for a nice small phone. The person who authorized the launch of this app should receive a reprimand in his employment records.Show lessLEVAS

No problems so far...
Downloaded app at 11am and it was fully installed and functional a few minutes later. I am using an newer iPhone with a current OS.
My rating reflects it’s install-abilty and the ease of seeing my information. I have no idea what will happen if I need to make a claim but it’s good to have all this info readily accessible.Show lessElizabeth SH

Great insurance lousy app
Downloaded this app and watched the little white balls circle around the screen for a minute quit opened it again watched a little balls circle around the screen again… Deleted the app reinstalled and it still would not load… With the premiums the company charges you’d think they could’ve hired a decent developer…Show lessJoelieJoelie

I don’t understand how a company as big as Chubb has such terrible technology. Whether it’s on my Mac or my phone - there’s always an issue accessing what I want or opening the app. Find a new webmaster.Frustrated20x
Works fine for me
I don't understand all the recent 1 star reviews. Under iOS 13.3, the app works flawlessly. I saw my policies, entered a payment card, and paid a bill.
The reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars is that
1. they won't let you paste payment details from elsewhere, insisting that a 16-digit payment card number be entered by hand. I am not sure how this restriction enhances user or company security.
2. You can't turn auto-pay on or off.Show lessJdweather
Still a worthless app
So after countless reviews, complaints to customer service and your phone tech support. You still haven’t fixed your mobile app and it still doesn’t allow customers to access saved payment methods that are available when using a browser. Ready to take my insurance business somewhere else.Photo-G
Broken App and website
Logging in and setting up the online account was easy. That’s where the good ends. Links are broken, error messages abound and I’m still stuck paying my bill via mail or phone. This is one of those apps the user thinks, “awesome, an app to make things easier.....oh wait, I just spent 30 mins setting it all up only discover it is completely useless and broken. “. To the company, do yourself a favor and delete the app and get it right.Show lessAwesome technology
