Not ready for prime time
This app just hangs and doesn’t open properly. It reflects badly on a company when they release such a terrible product. Makes me wonder what other things are run terribly in the company, and if I should switch insurers.Japrisot

Won’t log-in in iPhone - works fine on safari
This app is terrible. It has clunky login process which used to at least work but now won’t even log in- it just clocks. I can log in thru the website on safari just fun on the same device.Ned Jenks

I would write a more detailed review, if I could get past the introductory screen. Can’t tell if it’s an app problem or an iOS 13.2 problem. The app has been deleted and reinstalled to no avail.Fs9999

I’m so glad CHUBB has a mobile app that gives me pretty much the high level of everything I need... my coverage, proof of insurance, and I can pay this way too. Luckily I haven’t had a claim yet, but I like that the info is there for that too, in case I need it.. less worry around what to do. Thanks CHUBB!Show lessKMcCrea4
