Simple made difficult
Not easy to navigate and not easy to find detail on policies. Have been searching for auto policies and breakdowns for 30 minutes…still searching.laldjfldjsjs

Paperless policy
I wanted to print out policy and they had no easy way for the customer to make that happen. I switched to paperless for policy which I thought was billing but it was not. Now I am glad I didn’t because I am having too many problems just trying to print out the document. Glad I didn’t touch the other policy at all. I thought I would try this out first before changing both to paperless. I will probably switch back.Show lesspeaches snd cream
Can’t view my policy documents
I downloaded the app after trying different browsers on my computer, all unable to get to the policy info. Neither can the app…WardCaz
Fails to recognize correct credentials, can’t find your bill, poor customer service, etc etc etc
