Easiest banking app I’ve ever used
Easy to use, everything just makes sense. Most of all, the staff you speak to in the help section are always available quickly and they know their stuff - I never feel like I’m speaking to someone who’s reading from a script. Lockable Savers & Accounts That Encourage Easy Usability
Have been an UP fan for a little over a year now. Only banking app that has encouraged and supported my financial goals including maximising my savings accounts and streamlining my everyday expenses and spending accounts. Beats the hell out of any of the known financial institutions hands down. I recommend UP to everyone I know especially friends who have difficulty budgeting and saving. Love it. I have 8 savings accounts all of which are lockable and give me visuals to encourage me to not touch them. Love the one main spendable account which allows me to transfer to my savers and keeps me accountable in a fun way. I easily save $7,000 a year now and all that’s changed is I use this app only once upon a time I wasted this money and lived pay check to pay check…..Change your own life and focus on your financial freedom like I have….You won’t regret it!Show lessFalconGirl79

I never thought I could love a banking app! Instead of going downhill like so many services, Up just keeps moving UPWARDS!🌤️ I saved my first $1000 dollars 2 years ago with the up savers challenge & I’m nearly done with my second challenge! They even send you a beautiful quality keychain after you complete the savers challenge! It’s a small but thoughtful token that I’m proud to keep on my keychain!
My rating would be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If Up offered more than one transaction account without having to open up a joint account with another 2Up Player with equally full control. I’m disappointed my daughter also had to be 16 to open an account, with such a youth-enticing banking experience & UX! She’s nearly done with the 2 year wait between ages 14 - 16, using CommBank’s clunky systems while waiting to become an Up customer!Show lessKenzie.Dee

I had always banked with another big Aussie bank and was content. Up completely changed my view on banking and saving.
I’m living overseas now and feel frustrated that other banks can’t provide what Up does.
My favourite features include: unlimited savers, 2 Up, upcoming expenses and overseas card exchange rates.

Best bank ever!!
I have been using Up since the end of 2019! I can honestly say I have never been with a better bank and I will not be leaving! I love the flexibility of being able to open as many saving accounts as I would like. I love the round up feature, I have saved so much money rounding up my purchases to the nearest dollar. I have used the chat feature a couple of times and have had a reply usually within an hour or 2 and they’re always so polite and helpful. I like how it shows your available and spendable account balance, so I know how much I can and cannot spend! It makes it so easy. I could go on and on about every little feature and how much I love it but I don’t want to bore anyone haha! Seriously though, if you’re on the fence about joining Up, fall off now onto the Upside!!Show lessAshx5885

I’ll preface this by admitting that I work for one of your competitors. Since day dot I’ve been incredibly impressed with Up. You’ve introduced a new way of banking, it’s ideal for the younger generation. You have maintained an excellent level of customer service, without EVER needing to call. My millennial brain loves this. I would imagine the staff prefer this too - working in a call centre environment is tough.
I love the “Up Tree” on your website. The upcoming payments is incredibly helpful. I’ve always been horribly impulsive with money, even with a decent salary I would live week to week. Having all of these insights readily available, being able to hide and lock savers, even setting a home loan savings account has been a tremendous part of my financial awareness. So, thank you to the team at Up. 💛
