Buggy Update
Latest update is buggy on iOS. Keeps just saying connecting when a call comes through. Only solution is to sign out and sign back in. Pretty useless.
DND not blocking calls
Can’t see where I can submit issue elsewhere, so here it is:
DND Active is not blocking incoming calls on iOS

Brilliant
After using previous platforms that don’t give half the functionality of this app, I am very happy with CallSwitch communicator
Easy to use, feature rich and in constant development
Can’t wait for V6

Frustrating.
Does not have ‘Park’ which is available on desk and PC soft phone.
Does not have geo-location; when in the office both my desk-phone and mobile ring for incoming calls. It would be better if it knew when I was in the office and only ring on my desk-phone and not mobile as well. There is also no manual setting to do this manually.
No option to add custom directory that syncs between office desk-phone and mobile App.
The mobile app has access to callswitch extensions and your phones contacts. whereas the desk phone has access to callswitch extensions and apparently outlook contacts but this doesn’t work, they suggest you suggest you sync with google. In addition there is no option for custom contacts within callswitch. This is inconsistent and frustrating.
Call switch service fails a lot and there is no way to get the main number redirected (temporary) to a dedicated landline, which means loss of calls = loss of business.
The app should also report system status, failure and fault progression instead of needing the user to look at a separate web page.
In a word, good on paper but not so great in practice - frustrating.

Does not work on iPhone
Great idea in principal - apart from the fact Apple don’t allow push notifications according to these guys, so therefore when my office phone rings, my iPhone doesn’t wake up to alert me to any incoming call.
Therefore: useless.
Fix it CallSwitch otherwise what is the point?
