Trying to get transport
There are a lot of bugs on the app, I get kicked out of the app whenever a driver accepts my requests. This makes it very difficult for me to get any transport from Dart.it’s really Dante
Broke after every booking, stole money
Used it first time, as soon as I booked the app crashed despite taxi booked. Luckily was cash booking.
Second time topped up and scheduled a taxi, again kept crashing despite booking and wouldn’t allow to edit to earlier time making me lost cash.MahmoodAnsari
Poor
Downloaded to use on a port stop at Muara on a recent cruise. The app was extremely glitchy and could not find us a taxi at Muara or the neighbouring area. From the capital, it took us 30 minutes to be hooked up with a driver to take us to Muara. Don’t pin your hopes on this being the app to help you navigate Brunei. I emailed a question to support 3 days ago and I’ve not even had an acknowledgment.Show lessmalemew
Brunei at its best!!
Because of the constant problems with the app, I’ve missed funerals, birthdays, weddings, child birth. Fortunately the app only works when I decided to escape work for afternoon coffee and tea. Brunei Wawasan 5302 ya all. This app is living proof that we are moving backwardsDato Amin

Horrible programming
The programming / user interface of Dart is positively awful. For starters, the new setup phone number verification works about 10% of the time. Then, buttons don’t even respond even for the FAQs! It’s as though someone wrote this app for a sixth grade programming class.AndyLex79
Very unreliable
There’s never been a time where I opened up dart and booked a ride without something going wrong. Can’t find a driver, automatically cancelling my search, online payment not working, booked a ride but then it says ride cancelled. Just a headache to use, seriously.wizzkid111
Poor experience
App is not customer friendly. Lags. The pickup point interface is frustrating. You have to force close the app for ride choice to popup. No search history. You aren’t alerted by app if your ride has been booked, the driver will whatsapp you??
