Just a disaster
I’ve got 3 college degrees, and just getting started with this app download was impossible. I’m going back to webpage on my laptop where I started to see if Zi can figure out how to get from Richardson to the Cotton Bowl.
Not iOS Compatible

The app is very dismaying to use. I’ve downloaded the app a couple of times; I tried to “SIGN UP”, but during the pin no. phase, it keeps on stating “Insufficient Fund….” How exactly can I top-up when I haven’t registered an account yet?
I uninstalled and reinstalled; now it keeps on saying “Service Unavailable”.. I cannot fathom the idea on how such idea that’s been nationalized from Grab & Uber to this crap can be the leading service provider unless its the ONLY SERVICE PROVIDER beside the domestic Taxi that’s already set a very low standard.

Laggy
Its good but when i order a dart service the screen somehow lag but when i cancel it the driver already accept my order screen is out.
worst app i’ve ever used
if i could give this a 0, i would. but i cannot so i gave it a 1. the app always responds very slowly and every time i update it, i think that the issues will be fixed…but they’re not!!! i’ve had to close and refresh the app multiple times before getting a driver and sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes. it has been happening for years now and it seems that the problem will never be solved.

Keeps getting stuck looking for dart drivers
It works… somewhat. Booked a driver, with the app saying that it was looking for nearby drivers. A few seconds pass before the app tells you that it couldn’t get any drivers. The screen gets stuck and you can’t cancel the request. But lo and behold … dart drivers would then resort to using whatsapp to tell me they’re coming. So this is more of a notification through whatsapp rather than dart. Meanwhile I’m reminded the app is still stuck on the “looking for drivers” screen.
