Terrible logging in/Signing up
I’ve been trying for the longest to get back into my account after changing my phone and everytime i try to, i would either get something to put my phone number in or it would just say that my information is incorrect. If i do get to put my phone number in, it pops up that my phone number has already been taken. Its broken and if you have an account, i suggest you keep it and do not log out‼️Show less._.secret

I think I read when I signed up you were supposed to get 20 bonus points your first trip and I just bought ice cream and I did not get the 20 bonus points was just curious if I get them. Thank you.Lori Donaldson
Jeremiah’s Gelatis Rock!!!!
If you are from Philly or from the Jersey Shore or South Jersey, you may already know all about Italian water ice and soft serve and Gelatis——if not, you must find out all about it real soon ‘cause you’re missin’ out!!! Your life will be forever changed once your taste buds meetup with Jeremiah’s creations—- like Pumpkin Pie/Vanilla Gelati, P-nutty/Chocolate Gelati, Orange Smash/Vanilla Gelati, Key West Tropical, Strawberry Lemon, Rootbeer, Mint Chocolate Chip, Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, and the list goes on. They even carry non-dairy flavors. They are located all over FL & within several states.
I had a Pumpkin Pie/Vanilla Gelati that was scrumptious; it took me back to South Jersey; it did not disappoint!! I will be going to J-Miah’s weekly for “my fix!!” Kyle, the owner in Palm Harbor, was so very pleasant—-offering samples if we wanted to indulge. He explained their J-List Rewards, too!

FIX THE APP!
Every time I open the app it gives me a screen wanting me to “join now”. I put in my information and get a message “phone number already taken”. With no option to “sign in” or bypass the “join” screen and it’s infuriating. I cannot tell you how many times I have been to Jeremiah’s and am not able to utilize the “free treats” because I can’t even get logged into the app and there’s no website to sign into.
This is not a new problem. You’d think by now they would have fixed the issue or at least made an actual webpage option so they can UTILIZE the “j list” rewards that they advertise everywhere!Show lessSUHLEENUHH
I Freaking Love This Place!
I have been in love with gelati and italian ice for years and i’ve always gone to Rita’s and yes they are good in there own ways! but about a year ago someone said try Jeremiah‘s, so I did and anything and everything i tried has been amazing! The service is amazing also, tonight i had

Italian ice with ice cream
This place is delicious very helpful and friendly staff And if you put the app on your phone, you get a small just for joining cool deal 😁 Their prices aren’t bad either!! But I have to say not liking the price for an ice cream cone $5 is pretty steep. You’re better off getting the Italian ice with the ice cream and toppings for the same price.!!! Love the food, but the app horrible
I’ve deleted the app on accident and was trying to re-sign in with my Apple ID. I kept putting my phone number in to it and it was just saying that phone number is already taken when I’m just trying to re-log back into my account. The app is not working for me and that’s very upsetting and the new update is just not so great on my friends phone is there and they’re having a lot of glitchesShow lessAnonymous 123?
