  • Bugs in app update

    I’m hoping that the recently updated app with bugs will be fixed soon. I went to go on the app today, it asked me to verify my phone number, and then said, “Oops! That number is already being used.” And now I can’t get in to my Jeremiah’s J-list account or app. Please fix it soon. I also contacted support through their online website.

  • What has happened to your app?

    I was told to go to the App Store and down load the new version of your app. I did just that and now it says to enter your phone number to open up once downloaded. I put my number in and it says my number is already being used and try again. Now I can’t get in have lost my point and my free small treat that was there before you told me to do the above. NOT HAPPY!

  • App stuck when trying to use!

    I just copied the same thing someone else wrote because it happened to me as well …When using app to set up reward account, it locks up on
    "preferred location" screen which is mandatory and won't let you do anything from there. Screen just freezes. Seems to be an iPhone glitch as same thing happens when husband tries on his phone. I suspect the app just isn't compatible with an iOS update and I hope the company has their IT specialist working to correct this. It's a huge problem as there is no workaround. You can't finish setting up the reward account or use it from the website.

  • Terrible app. Poor interface. Nonexistent support

    This app is so terrible, the owners of Jeremiah’s do not care as they make enough money but aren’t a big enough business to think having a functional website and app matters. There are too many instances of missing points, Misapplied points, lack of application updates for over two years in the App Store, incorrect pricing, selecting sizes when placing online orders. During a promotion where purchase was made, and at the end of the week you could redeem that for a free small item, Jeremiah’s still managed to swipe earned points from our accounts and refused to return them. I reached out to Support multiple times for six months with no response and finally found an email address on LinkedIn for one of their senior staff members. She responded that they would deposit five points as a courtesy after stealing 50 points from my earnings. their ice cream and gelato are good and the staff inside the stores are friendly, but their customer service, owners Technical Support and administration. Staff are the most awful I’ve seen for any corporation in the United States in 2024.

  • App doesn’t work properly

    This app gets stuck on the location part. I have downloaded it and deleted it several times trying to get passed the location and to no avail.
  • Screen Freezes up EVERY time

    I just barely downloaded the app and after I register and get to the screen where I select a location, the screen freezes up EVERY TIME! I have tried closing out of the app, deleting it and reinstalling it, re-logging back in —but every time —Bam! Still frozen. Not staying cool.
  • Had a problem

    I had a problem with the app I could not get to the location. Sent a message got an answer right away! Fixed the problem. Great team!!
  • App freezes worse app ever!!

    After I sign in, the app goes to locations. It is on a state that I don’t live in and it freezes every time! I have removed the app a couple times and reinstalled it. Doesn’t make a difference. I’ve received emails to check my app for offers and can’t. Very disappointed.

  • App does not work

    I am already a member but I cannot access and rewards because the app does not work. I have tried plenty of times to download it to my phone and iPad. It only goes as far as picking a location and then it freezes.
