I love this place and I have referred several people to your Bradenton, Hillsborough and Orlando areas in Florida. However I am having several issues with logging into the app. It keeps freezing up and will not let me click on the location. I have lost several points because my information is not coming up.Show lesshislady1970
App should tell you a store is closed
Just submitted an order. Went to store to pick up order. Store won’t open for another hour and a half.
App should be smart enough to know if a store is closed.Bk9net
Can’t order a size small with app.
The app gives options for all sizes except small. So frustrating, I’d rather just go in line and order so I can get what I want than use this forcing me to buy mediums when I don’t want that much ice. I like to get a couple of ice’s of all different flavors and the app forcing you to only buy medium or higher doesn’t make that possible unless you spend more money and get more ice than you even want. I have downloaded and deleted and redo w loaded 3 times and it freezes on location is key every time. Really hoping you fix this! I would love to be able to use the app!JWL61

Jeremaih’s cotton candy Italian ice is the best thing I have ever had. It is absolutely delightful. My whole life changed after trying this flavor. If cotton candy has 1 million fans I am one. If cotton candy has 100 hundred fans I am one. If cotton candy has 10 fans I am one. If cotton candy has 1 fan I am that one fan. If cotton candy has no fans I no longer exist.
