Useless
This app is horrible. It will update and suddenly not allow us to control our alarm because the only available tab is the “events” tab, which isn’t really useful to us. Why pay more for a feature to turn off your alarm remotely when the remote app just gets rid of its buttons?! Like thanks, wasn’t needing that today or multiple times today.

my favorite is my back door camera -and my favorite part of that being my husband who is fighting cancer can have some independence being outside by himself which is so important to him . I can still see him in case he falls while he’s enjoying his ‘freedom’..Nannahmc
Unhappy customer
Had alula home security installed. Unfortunately the doorbell overheated. Few techs. came to solve the problem. Took days and days and until another tech. came with another type of doorbell (Ring doorbell) which is incompatible with alula and therefore does not send a picture to the monitor screen inside the house when doorbell rings. It’s been months now that we have asked the Titanium to please get us the correct unit ( the alula doorbell) but our multiple request have all been ignored.Show lessglo c.
Use to work fine
App was working perfectly before the latest upgrade, now it’s nothing more then wallpaper. I can’t do anything in the app to my alarm system. The app simply “freezes” and does nothing. I can’t select any buttons or even logoutAaron's iPhone7
Frustrating
I am constantly getting kicked out of the app. It logs me out and then never recognizes my credentials. It either tells me that it’s invalid or my info doesn’t match an account. I end up having to reset my password over and over again. Definitely has bugs that need to be fixed. At this point I don’t even want it.Show lessShaawhee
Doesn’t work
This app is horrible, doesn’t arm or disarm, worked for like 5 minutes until we left the house. Came back and disarmed and froze and didn’t work. Funny how they charge you so much for this security system with an app that literally does absolutely nothing. Time for a new company for sure. If you restart your phone it will reset but then continues to freeze again and will not arm or disarm. I mean what’s the point of this app? Seriously does NOTHING.Show lessBreecaldiii
