The app needs more options
I feel the app could use some better features and ways to interact with your hearing aids. Mine started playing the volume much higher out of nowhere after being setup to 3. Every time I put them on now I have to do it with the app on. What about those who don’t have easy access to the app? Rexton and developer need to work closer on a better product. This is a quality of life tool. Make it feel like one.

If I’m using my hearing aids to hear while talking on the phone or listening to a podcast it will shutdown if I switch from WiFi to 5G and back to WiFi. Each time I have to turn the phone off and back on to let it re-sync. Took them to Costco but they did not know why it is doing that, and offered no answers. I don’t know if this is a known problem or if I need to turn something on or off on my iPhone to make it work seamlessly. Very frustrating.

More like ear plugs
These “hearing aids” shut off for no reason, thereby being more ear plugs than hearing aids. They also do difficult to pair to a phone. I recently had to get a new phone (water damage not spoiled). Tried to pair to Bluetooth. The message from Rexton is that I need to go to where I bought the “hearing aids,” which is most challenging since I don’t live in that town and need to make an appointment, which is over a month out at any given time.
Regret the purchase. I would have returned them but was injured and unable to drive, making it impossible to return within my warranty period.
Don’t buy these. Spend the extra if you want true hearing aids. But hey. If you just want expensive ear plugs to block out your significant other, these them are for you.

Frustrating
Very poor in allowing differences in use. Sometimes I listen to books, sometimes I watch tv, sometimes I’m in a social situation and I’ve got ear infections which tamper the sound in one ear for which I’d like to increase the volume of only that ear. Sometimes it allows for that and sometimes not. Very frustrating.

Does not connect
Does not connect to Apple Watch creating a nuisance in having to pull out your phone to make adjustments.
So frustrated
I have to agree with all those with a single ⭐️review. This app is so limited on any kind of volume and sound control. Plus I have tried so many different tips on how to get my hearing aids to notify me with incoming calls or texts to no avail. I purchased my hearing aids at Costo. The only thing great about that is the affordable price. But definitely this make of hearing aid & its app aren’t even worth even that! So disappointed.
