  • Great Workout App

I'm new to "pure callisthenics" but an old hand at working out. I've done plenty of bodyweight workouts over the years to supplement my other training but decided recently to move fully into callisthenics along with yoga, cardio and martial arts. This app is great, the workouts are interesting, varied and challenging. The content is well explained and easy to follow. The adaptation to your abilities is excellent. I've take a life membership already. Try it - you have nothing to lose.

  • Does what it says and nothing more

It’s a useful app for progressing movements, but the experience is not polished. I’ve never had to contact support so frequently before for glitches and missing features.

The price is hard to justify until the app experience is more polished, but I will still continue to use it to give it a fair chance.

  • Should’ve Listened To Other Reviews

This app is unusable in its current state. Nothing but a loading screen after creating an account.
  • Just too expensive

$25 to access the assessment and premium options, for a month?! Or $160 for the year? Just too expensive for what it is. It’s probably really good, but at those prices, I’ll never find out.
  • Enjoyable progressive training with fewer injuries

Keeps training interesting but certainly not easy. Previously suffered repeated injuries using barbell based training it has also allowed me to progress without getting hurt.
  • Complete Rip-Off

Great marketing but no meat to this over priced program. It’s set up exercise by exercise instead of having continuous programs with options. A waste of money!
  • Developers are great with communicating to made app better!

It’s a great app but it’s even going to get better the developers of been really great about sharing with us the roadmap in what’s in the future it’s gonna be amazing!!
  • Amazing body weight workout and skill training

I’ve been for most of my life. Started lifting and running in my late teens and am 47 now. Always admired the calisthenics movements. Handstands, bar work, rings, etc. Being at home, without the gym made me rethink my training. Find new and interesting workouts. Found the Bodyweight sub on Reddit and then this app and site. Amazing. Learning the skills involved in those movements, finding weaknesses where I didn’t know I had muscles. Also increasing balance, stability, stamina and flexibility. I feel like I’m getting better workouts than I have in years. And I’m enjoying it.

  • Love. This is a game changer

Only app I have ever encountered that focuses on your personal goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Highly recommend, specially now that all the issues are being solved! Customer for life
  • Back button please

Love the app. Only request is that I could go back if I swipe to quickly. I often feel like it has moved to cool down before I have seen and done all the strength exercises. If I could touch the strength tab at the top of the screen to return there and review what I had done it would provide peace of mind that I did get everything in or I could complete the movements missed due to sweaty swiping. Thanks so much.
