  • Garbage app developed by morons who are clearly oblivious to how driving actually works

    I drive for a DSP and this app is complete trash. It constantly needs updated in order to work and based on reading other reviews it seems that the idiots in charge of it have complete disregard for the users. It gives you an insanely low FICI score for 1 incident yet you can still have a 5 star trip. My DSP is now giving shifts out based on the score so if I lose shifts it will be the fault of this dumb app.

  • If I could give zero star I would

    I really don’t understand how this stupid app calculates our scores, I’m getting almost everyday SPEEDING and a few days DISTRACTION even I never touched my phone at all during work.
    I decided to test this app myself, I asked my DSP to assign me a few stop to test how honest is this app, I worked that day like a turtle, if speed limit is 35 mph, I do 30, if it’s 55 I go with 50… below speed limit!! that was my day.
    Next day while checking the app, I got marked again speeding 🥴!!

  • False readings

    You need to overhaul the app as it’s not fit for purpose unfortunately.
  • Horrible Customer Service

    I agree with the other review. I use this app with a dsp and your score is supposed to increase when you have a good day and it has not. I also have had enough of the developers saying that the fault is with the device in the car not theirs. This is not correct and they refuse to acknowledge this and wont correct your score. They also only give you scripted responses as well and doesn’t answer anything you asked. I wish their was a better system in place to correct this or eliminate this system from driving because it doesn’t do anything else but give headaches to drivers and the dsp’s who have to deal with the horrible customer service and can’t even appeal anything.

  • Worst app ever

    This app it’s ridiculous and stupid they don’t. Give you a break at all..
    if phone doesn’t have a good magnet it falls and you get a freaking distraction and gets you like crazy for acceleration and hard breaking for almost anything specially when we driving a Ram van it gets after 3000 rpm and just a second and I swear I’m trying not to accelerate fast but when we don’t
    people right behind you gets angrier at the stupid driver because it’s our fault we have to drive like a grandma so we don’t get flag idk how can this company’s believe and this stupid app

  • By a long shot

    Their is no way for a phone app or anything electronically to monitor human driving habits. That is all based on the driver themselves if they want to be safe or not and know better. I used this app just for fun for 3 months with my employees and it was the most disappointing results. I would not recommend this app to anyone purely because of inaccuracies. There is no such thing as technology for EVERY aspect of life and driving is one of them unless the car does it autonomously itself...

  • I wish there was 0

    I don’t know why this is still used. Multiple times has this app hit me for no reason. I got a “phone manipulation” and coincidentally flew three blocks west at the time it hit me. Just recently I got hit for “hard cornering” 3 times in a second. It’s a joke I loose my bonus for not having an 850 because they can’t get anything right. I get hit for seatbelt and I never change a thing. Driving for 4 months and I can’t comprehend what this app will decide next.

  • Inaccuracy with the appearance of precision is not useful, to anybody

    I do not alter my driving style. Understandably, some days I may be more tired, or affected in some other way, which may alter how well I drive. According to my mentor statistics I have “1 star” days followed by “5 star” days and FICO scores can vary between the 400’s and the 800’s, despite an unchanged driving style.
    The precision the app offers - down to the nearest whole number out of 1000 is appallingly misleading. False data, precision values masking atrocious inaccuracy is incredibly misleading and not helpful to employees or employers. It has made my colleagues and I mistrust the app, thereby having no incentive to drive safety. Overall this app has probably contributed to worse and more dangerous driving due to driver’s simple rejection of the data they are presented with and frustration with the app. Why bother driving safely when the monitoring technology is ineffective and unjust?

  • Absolutely terrible

    This app is a disgrace. So many DSPs use this app to determine scheduling and bonuses and this app couldn’t be worse. Constantly hitting you for phone manipulations that don’t exist. Not to mention I have no idea why a hard brake is a ding? So if someone pulls out in front of you and you have to brake hard you get punished for it? Make that make sense. Too many people rely on this app for their work and it is not up to par. This app needs to be phased out and something else needs to be used.

  • Terribly inaccurate and unfair

    Drivers shouldn’t be penalized for something such as Hard Braking, when more times than not it is an unavoidable action caused by another driver’s carelessness. Or how about Hard Acceleration, when merging onto a highway or turning onto a busy street we’re basically forced to choose between hitting the gas NORMALLY even though it’ll register as a Hard Acceleration, or an extremely slow turn/merge to avoid a Hard Acceleration which in itself is unsafe and can easily cause an accident. Such a poorly designed app and it’a ridiculously unfair that DSP’s use this to score drivers and will dock their pay if it doesn’t meet certain criteria.
