  • False readings

Been done for cornering on straight roads and for going through potholes and been done for non-existent phone manipulation. Meanwhile the app failed to notice a case of “hard braking” when I practically did an emergency stop cos I nearly missed my turn off on a dual carriageway!

Oh yeah and one of my fellow contractors was noted for reversing… on a motorway.

  • Almost always above 800 score, but yes, this app is trash

Our DSP manager and dispatch are all aware of just how inaccurate this app is. And it’s true, it not only marks you down for things that never happened, it will bring you down dozens of points for just ONE infraction. God help you if you get more than one because you’re looking at an immediate drop of 70 points or more. Ohh but then you go two or three days completely incident free? That should fix it right? No. You get less than 10 points per perfect day. It’s absolutely ridiculous. This app is so faulty it almost feels rigged. And by the way, 99% of the time I end up with an 800+ score at the end of every bonus cycle and I’m telling you this. Yeah, this app is trash and even the companies that use it, know it.

  • Inaccurate data could cost us our jobs

My company is “cracking down” on bad drivers. I drive the same careful pace everyday and am hit with multiple “phone manipulations” on bumpy country roads, “speeding” where the app doesn’t have the correct mph data, and “hard braking” on highways and busy streets where I hadn’t even stopped. These are only to name a few. I was told by my own boss “sorry, some of our phones give people worse scores than others” clearly admitting that it is not the driver but the device yet threats are held above our heads if our scores drop too low. I hope a class action lawsuit is put into place sooner than later for this FRAUDULENT JOKE of a company.

  • DMV handles your License NOT Mentor

I am really disappointed in the app, but at the same time if I want to be a better driver. The app is too sensitive in some cases, if you keep your foot on the pedal and you’re going 65 then you’re going up in Mountain high keep your foot on the pedal then the engine size to stay with your 65 and the RPM scores over that’s considered speeding. Reversing you can’t avoid reversing, I can’t see were you can’t reverse in a safe matter and get dinged for it what does it make sense. If I don’t use my phone while I’m driving and I take a break and I’ll start and this is over 30 minutes how is it possible that I’m using my phone while I’m driving. I don’t get how place of employment trust this app over the employee. I can seeThat all employees are not the same but trying to keep a score of 800 and above and believe me I do have patients took my time. I think it shouldn’t cost of your job and they should lower the score to 750. If you dispute they really don’t care

  • Absolutely Pathetic

To anyone looking to get an honest review about the quality and performance of this app. I have used this app for almost 2yrs now and it is the most inconsistent apps I’ve ever used. Provides unreliable data about actual driver performance. I could fart on my phone and it would pick it up as a phone manipulations. So many bugs in its coding to where none of the sense of the phone (gps, microphone, etc) work properly. This app is like putting Stevie Wonder in the passenger seat and asking him how the trip went at the end of the day.

  • Awful

Awful, not fit for purpose and gives inaccurate readings
  • Frustration personified.

I’m not the review type, but I’ve been emailing these peoples “support” line for the last few days just trying to get an answer that isn’t just buried in technical jargon.

Delivery groups, please use something else, especially if you base your pay/bonus’ off a driving app. There’s no way for drivers to report occurrences to the system so they aren't flagged for “Hard Braking” because they had to stop and not run over a child, pet, or reckless driver, no system to say “hey my device fell off the mount, don’t flag me for braking hard”. Heaven forbid you drive a different van than the one you drove the day before and the pedal tension gives it more gas than you expected, error Hard acceleration -50 points.

It’s so easy to lose points on this app, and so hard to gain them back, but the company will tell you it’s all “averaged” in at the end of the week when it seems to more be at their whimsy.

Also this company considers a good driving score to be 710 points, but most delivery groups want you to have 800+. Which means a huge disconnect when you’re trying to get help from support.

  • Responsibility

I have never been a delivery driver in my life, nor have I driven an extended cargo van. I have been able to hold a perfect 850 driving score with ease. Coming from a teaching background, almost all these reviews are placing driver error on the app. Sure, I’m sure there are some instances where a sensor is tripped accidentally, as it has happened to me. It has logged a seat belt violation once when I never even turn the engine on without already being buckled. It’s logged a phone manipulation as I have gone slowly over some rough terrain. The point is, the amount of errors that can be associated to the app is so minuscule, it should not significantly affect your driving score. Slow down, anticipate traffic and turning, take your time accelerating, BE RESPONSIBLE! I drive in very hilly terrain and the RPM often goes well over 3,000 RPM and I haven’t received a single hard acceleration. Take your job seriously and be safe! You should not drive whatever vehicle you operate at work like your personal one.

  • Inaccurate and they don’t care

It’s absolutely terrible that this company doesn’t even try to figure out what’s going on, they just respond to feedback with scripted responses. The worst part is that some DSP’s like mine take this stuff seriously and it affects my rating and scheduling as well as bonuses. At first I was driving myself crazy trying to figure out what it was that I was doing wrong. When they respond, they act as if their program is flawless and incapable of making mistakes and instead say that it’s something to do with the telematics device in the van which is the DSP’s problem not theirs. I recommend that you install a camera with a time stamp facing the phone so that there is proof that what they say is happening isn’t happening. It wasn’t until I did this that I was finally able to verify that a lot of these hits aren’t real. They need to start taking responsibility for glitches in their software because people are having to pay for it. Some of us loose out on opportunity to make more money because of this. If there is a law suit I’m all in! It’s not fair to be punished for something that isn’t happening. I’m only referring to those instances where the hits aren’t legitimate. If the phone is being touched or driving is actually erratic then by all means yes! But if it’s not... then it’s not right.

  • Horrendous

I would give this app 0 stars if that was possible!

The app will give false readings on different vans and when you are monitored by the company you work for, this then goes against you! But the main problem is that at least every week you have to delete the app and re-install because it will not record a reading! Once again, that goes against me with the company I work for! Useless app! Needs fixing!
