Terrible, not worth the discount given.
It wants every thing running all the time. Trips don’t register because the apps not actually on, or some other setting. If I turn them all on when I start the trip, it still doesn’t want to count the trip. Having them on all the time runs my battery down constantly. I am very tired of having to recharge five times a day.Show lessMygodstopit
Unprofessional
If NJM can’t even keep there app running properly how can I trust they run there company properly. All they have to do is update there app. Everyone else seems to do so. Might have to start looking for a new insurance company.whuhn66
Buggy and Annoying
Hasn’t been updated in 3 years and crashes when trying to edit vehicle options. Also constantly asks me to change my settings and the window can’t be dismissed. It’s a constant babysitting job. Like other apps of this kind it doesn’t know enough to be truly accurate. For example when it is still recording a drive but you’re at a drive thru window and you need to use your phone to pay for your purchase. I’m going to pause or turn off njm each time? Right. So now my coffee stop is distracted driving. I could go on but the tech is not there yet.Show lessMimi253418
