Excellent travel companion

I recently switched to Flighty after appintheair closed down. I am really impressed with the app so far. It is stylish, and the complications and widgets across all devices are both good looking and informative, making it easy to keep track of what’s going on while you’re in transit.

The flight tracking data on the 20ish flights I have taken has been spot on, often updating me before the departure boards or the airline report what is going on. I sat for nearly an hour on the tarmac three weeks ago knowing full well the flight was going to be cancelled while the pilot and staff were still telling everyone we were simply delayed, but the app knew. I already had a replacement flight sorted and was out of there rapidly on the last seat on the last flight of the day while everyone around me was stuck with the prospect of overnight stays and delays.

I had a couple of questions around getting my flight data and history migrated—the team were super responsive to emails, and have made changes to the app in a short space of time off the back of customer feedback and suggestions. That is a big win for me.

I have taken a Lifetime subscription. A dev team that cares, gets the job done and implements feedback gets my support.
