Very Unprofessional
Customer service is very rude .. All they wanna do is argue .. we provided them paperwork when our first payment was and they went in and changed it blamed it on us … Supervisors are a joke … We provided the contract with our due date and they just do not wanna help people resolve to pay when it was set up to pay for a reason … so I pay when it’s suppose to be due and they are charging me late fees when it’s their fault .. They set people up for failure from the start … Need better training they are providing a service and need to be more understanding … would never use this company again if I had a choice … if I could give 0 stars I would ….Baby_Jae

My app is set to auto pay and they still don’t take the money out of my account on the day it’s supposed to.
