    IT team must keep in top of app payment issues.

    It’s okay for viewing and paying your bill, but it says a lot about the company when the interface is set up in a way that try’s to trick the user into signing up for automatic payments . Once this debt is paid, I will never use this company again, nor will I advise anyone else to. This is a very sleazy business. Since the pandemic they have actually increased their collection efforts to take advantage of their customers who have fallen on hard times.
  • Can’t make payments.

    Okay I’ve been having issues with this app for the past 7 months, never left a review because I didn’t really care.
    Doesn’t matter the card I use, I’ve had a few in the past year, none will go through. I even deleted the app multiple times to try and see if the problem fixes itself.
    It doesn’t.
    Please fix this problem I’m having.
    It always says
    “Make signature payment (credit card) payment failed.”

    Don’t get a loan here. During the pandemic these people were the only ones who DONT help their customers.

    Very convenient and easy to use... I have no reason to call... all the information I need is provided in the app. Pay of balance, precious payments, etc
