Great service, but app could do with some work
App did not work for me in the car park so had to keep going outside to get signal.
Annoying that you have to switch the app on and power button to start driving every time. Maybe this is a Tesla thing though.
For a first time user the journey of all the steps could be clearer and include some of the real world issues like the parking card not working.
Really enjoyed the service though and the chat was really helpful.
Please can you open a branch in east London. It’s a bit far for me every time and I hire cars a lot.

Simply the best car rental experience I have ever had. From beginning to end excellent digital experience! Never understood why others can't do this. My compliments also for on-line support when I needed it! Will be back!

First impression was amazing! Car was clean and tidy. Supplied with bottle of water and antibac hand wipes. It was super easy to take the car and use the app all the way. Gonna use it again and again in the near future! 100% satisfied
