It was a rental from Williamsburg NY location thanksgiving weekend
I had prebooked the rental many months ago. I live chatted with them prior to rental to confirm, they said yup good to go.
Day of rental, went downstairs and car was nowhere to be found.. I called them and they had no idea where it is and basically told me there’s no car in any location in NY. Good luck, I’m on my own.
They said management will follow up. I got apology email that made me even more furious. Here’s their exact wording: “It’s worth mentioning that situations like this, while rare, can happen, and no one is at fault. These are just the unpredictable challenges of life” (HUH?!)
