Welp guess that was a waste of money
I was kinda interested when I saw the lightbulb and the things on the box so k bought it not knowing that it wouldn’t work, sorry if you tried to make something that didn’t work in the first place, I’m not going to point fingers so it’s okay, I forgive yall.Minecraft Havk😏

Terrible app. It picked up the devices and set them up on my new account. Once they were set up it gave me a message that the app doesn’t support the devices(W4Light bulbs) and that I need to update the app, but there’s no update. And it doesn’t allow me to delete the devices from the app. Also, it doesn’t allow you to delete your account. It takes you to a page to click on “confirm” to delete it but the “confirm” button is not an active button.Jay81774!
Doesn’t work.
Just installed and set up. Went through all steps fine. However it tells me “the current version doe not support the device, please update the app”. Well it gives me 2 choices, “will upgrade shortly” or “ upgrade later”. The app does not show an available update. Now what do I do?Jayjiggles

I bought a ed lights the g-home I I’m trying to connect the lights. But the app won’t let me connect the lights me and my mom and my cousin try to connect it but didn’t work so don’t buy this light u will regret it35,6;
won’t connect other G-home cameras
I have gabbagoods cameras that have worked well in the app and wanted some more, but the ones I got aren’t compatible with this version of the app. App tells me to update. Even has a pop up that says update now or later with a button to click.
But there is no way to update.
This appears to be the most recent version of the app, which is 4 years old. 🤦🏼♀️ waste of $40 for cameras that don’t connect and are thus unusableheyStepha

Does not connect
I purchased an LED lightbulb. First of all, packaging/instructions do not say which device to click on the app when adding device. Indicator blinks as it’s supposed to, but does not connect to either light source device listed on the app. My wifi is compatible but lightbulb still does not connect, even after switching to hotspot as recommended. Never again SMHYYYYY54
Waste of time.
Wouldn't recognize my G-Home Led Strip. Demanded use of my location information for some reason (denied it). All Wi-Fi "Smart Home" devices are required to use the same protocols. I ended up using the Feit App that I use for all my other devices, worked great. Don't bother with this app.8itmap
