App won’t connect to devices
Tried using both GHome apps to connect LED Strip with no success. LED strip can be found when trying to pair with AP mode but even then it’s still unsuccessful.DJ86JR

Pretty alright.
I have LED strips on my bed. When they work, they work well. But they go offline quite a bit. I know how to fix them but it’s quite annoying when I have to. Overall though, it’s satisfactory service.sprinklestheelf

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND APP
The only way to get to an FAQ page to trouble shoot is after a failed attempt. Sure, this sounds fine, until you click out of it to try something but can’t get back to the page without wasting more time at another failed attempt. The written instructions and what is shown in the app aren’t even remotely similar. The only positive experience I’ve had with this company is knowing I didn’t buy more than what I originally was going to get and that I got it for 1/5th of the price (and even then, it was still a rip off). I wish more than anything that I had just burned my money because that would be a better experience than what I had with this company.Alli_potter6

I purchased 2 Alexa enabled light switches. I tried 2 different apps from this company and nether of them could successfully set up the switch on my Wi-Fi network. I have other switches of a similar type but from another company right near that location and they have worked for years, I know I have a strong Wi-Fi signal there. The app keeps telling me to move the wall switch closer to the router, how am I supposed to move a wall??? I sent a message requesting help almost 2 months ago and still no reply. If it works I’m happy for you, if not return it immediately.BWS605

The socket got from my Fab Fit Fun box works great with this app, but it is not available to connect with the Google Home app and Google Assistant. Very misleading app name...LIARS!T3amAnd
