Frustrated
My camera has disconnected twice in the month I have owned this. It was very confusing trying to figure out how to reconnect. Half the time I try to use the camera it says the encrypted video can’t load. I am also not able to use the speak option....it has never worked. I can’t hear audio when watching the camera either. The direction button to turn the camera quit working as well. Not sure if I got a bad camera or if this is usual, but I’m not impressed.MegB910
WiFi
When you drop WiFi, it should be easier to reconnect. I shouldn’t have to re-add the camera each time!df212020
App keeps closing during Smart Set up
We purchased bulbs for our kitchen about a month ago. Suddenly the app discinnnected from the bulbs and erased all my smart settings. This app is a waste of time and has made their pricey bulbs useless. Hopefully people check here before they purchase this brand of bulbs. So disappointing and a waste of time to reset all my “scenes”CMDRing
Can’t connect to internet

Poor design
Maybe for a baby monitor only. Doesn’t function as suggested. No voice out of it. Motion activation does not alert you on your phone as promised. Useless for security of any kind. Will return both of the ones I bought.Anukem Family

It makes noise
Out of nowhere it says “ connected” and something else I can’t understand. Seems like a bad idea for a baby monitor or any type of monitoring device.. and it’s loud. I’d like to know if I can turn it off but haven’t found out how.Waterfall Drops
