The app is not owned by the location!
People dont understand the app is not owned by each location. The locations choose to participate in the app. So a negative experience at the local wash is NOT a coinless issue… the vast majority of these bad reviews are user error!
Doesn’t work
Tried to use the app at Cougar Car Wash in The Colony, TX. I know it’s the app not working and not the car wash itself because everyone else was able to wash their car. Meanwhile the app declined my credit card twice, and another card once. I stupidly decided to upload $15 into the app, which it let me then when trying to start a wash “using credits” instead of Apple Pay, it conveniently said this service is unavailable - so the app stole $15 from me and doesn’t work. 0 stars.

Updated today and now not working properly
Very unhappy with latest version. Updated before a wash and had a heap of problems.
Wouldn’t allow me to extend time, doesn’t show receipt.
And then to really piss me off says 5 minutes for $5 but only gave me 4 minutes.
Wont be using anymore thanks to all these issues.

So Convenient
You don’t even have to open your window at the wash! This app totally bypasses the paystation and activated the wash right from your phone! I love it.
Useless!!
I downloaded the app, had to put money on the accnt and NEVER HAVE VEEN ABLE TO USE IT! The app never works when at the car wash! It gives a message that the service is unavailable. Contacted customer support and they apologize and say they will to look into it. They never do!
Wish I could give zero stars
The app took payment and didn’t start the wash. When I contacted support, they were very condescending and treated my like I was stupid, sending photos of the instructions and assuming that I did it wrong. Gave a credit to my account but I won’t be using this service again. Very dissatisfied.
Poor Support and incorrect billing
For some reason (a bug perhaps), their app incorrectly charged me over $800 for an $8 car wash. They were quick to acknowledge it was their issue. However, they said it could take up to 7 days to refund me. That is ridiculous! They could easily do an ACH deposit and return my funds immediately. I will not be using this app again. Extremely poor customer service.

Stop location services notification
Please shut off the locations services notification. I have no need to share my location with you. QR code scanning and zip code search works fine. No need for me to share my location with you for invasive tracking! The location services notification appears every time I open the app or hit the search screen. It’s punishing. Is this really what you want your users to experience??!
