don’t use

this app makes you have a prepay of 15 dollars and even if you don’t use that on your car they still take the money and give you no credit for it i used 5 dollars on my car yesterday and now i’m short 10 dollars for what i didn't use it rip off

Thanks for the free wash

Now allow me to uninstall the app and never go to a car wash where I need yet another app on my phone to provide a simple service

Utterly terrible experience with this app

First time using it and it was terrible. Was setting up services at home and it took my credits without giving me a barcode/qr code. Realized when I tried adding a vacuum that it was charging me while I was at home. Got to the location and the location wanted a barcode the app didn’t provide and the app wanted a QR code that the location didn’t provide. The app took my money and gave me no services. I’m only keeping the app till I get my money back then I will never use this app again.

Not a fan

At first this seemed like a pretty good option, but now that I have used it several times I don’t like it at all. You have to remember to stop the app (in addition to stopping the car wash) or it will continue to charge your card. Today, I thought I stopped the app but there was an error and it won’t connect to the server. It has been charging my card for 30 minutes and counting and I can’t get it to stop. I will not be using this app moving forward.

Hi Jennifer, the Coinless app is connected directly to the car wash equipment. There should be no requirement to turn off the car wash on both the app and the kiosk. If this is the case, would you mind send an email to support@coinlessmobile.com, so we can take care of this problem? Also, our app has a built-in fail-safe timer that automatically stops a service after a specified amount of time. This time limit is chosen by the car wash operator, but it's usually 15 minutes. If this timer didn't function properly, and your card was charged beyond what you used at the wash, we would love to make it right. Please send an email to the email mentioned above. Thank you!

Frozen

I’m sure it’s great but it’s frozen on the terms page and wont let me continue. Closed and reopened to the same thing. Reinstalled and still a problem

Meh

App is fine. Got burned on the wash club. Had $180 in credits, wanted to cancel (because I wasn’t using it enough.) and realized I would lose “bonus” credits. In the end I was left with $16 when I was expecting $60.

One glitch but awesome customer service

I’ve used Coinless at multiple sites and enjoy the convenience. I signed up for Wash Club which is a great value. Had one glitch with payment but the CS rep immediately responded, fixed it and transferred my credits. Will keep using for sure!

Scam

Charged me and didn’t initiate car wash. Impossible to reach anyone had to file claim with bank. Big time scam. Won’t use ever again

Not user friendly

Not sure when to start the app when requesting wash and when to say done when leaving. If you have to be out of the bay.
