Convenient but confusing
Customer Service for the WIN
I was being pretty slow in my head and it was easy to find information to contact the support team. But didn’t have high hopes because it was 6pm on a Friday night but I still called. Braden answered and was patient and helpful! It’s actually a really cool concept! I’m old fashioned and actually always carry quarters with me and enjoy paying that way BUT I like the idea that if something goes wrong. Or if I do something wrong, like I did, there’s someone to call and get help immediately.
Customer service will ALWAYS win me over. 4 stars just because I needed clearer instructions.
