Inconsistent quality
The app has potential however these latest updates and low quality lags are insane, you’re telling me for me to transfer my finances the app suddenly crashes and does not work no matter how much you reinstall and install again, apart from the 100 SAR new policy to add money to your account is absurd

Extremely Buggy and Bad customer Support
The app needs so much maintenance. A lot of times it does not open and you do not get confirmation calls for transfers; hence transfers do not go through. It is also at times very slow. A mobile bank should be much better than that. Not to mention that their support team through chat is very bad.
Ridiculous 100 SAR Minimum Top-Up – You've Lost Me
The new 100 SAR minimum top-up limit is absurd for an e-wallet! The whole point of an e-wallet is flexibility, and now you're forcing me to load 100 SAR every time I need to send a small amount like 25 or 50 SAR to friends. It's beyond frustrating. Why would an e-wallet, which is supposed to make small transactions easier, have such a ridiculous restriction? My prepaid Mastercard doesn’t have a minimum top-up, so why does STC Pay?
This completely defeats the purpose of using the app for quick transfers, and frankly, many of us are already turning to other e-wallets that don't force such unnecessary limitations. You're losing users fast with this illogical policy wake up and listen to your customers before STC Pay becomes irrelevant!

This is by far the best , easiest, fastest payment app .
Won’t allow me to add money out of nowhere
My card that I’ve been using to fund my account just stopped working for no reason. It’s not expired and I’ve used it so many times before. Now I can’t even use STCpay anymore. And no one will help me. They just keep giving me generic answers. This is the second they did. They did this before with a different bank and card. They won’t even try to listen to me either. Don’t waste your time. Should really be zero stars.

No longer as good as it used to be.
You are no longer able to transfer money from an international card using Apple Pay or by manual card entry details. I called customer services to try and determine the problem, and they insisted there was nothing wrong with the app and rules remained the same. This is a huge disappointment. I hope they provide some clarity on the matter or try and resolve it soon.
