Awful apps
When you swipe or zoom in too fast it takes you straight back to the sign-in page as it signs you out & found half the time what they say is available is not so causes you to run late doing laps around town because all the U-parks are full.

Utterly useless
Payment interface does not work. Impossible to identify available parking spaces. A hostile and unstable user experience. With the roll out of the new digital parking system, I’d have thought getting this app functional would be a priority for Adelaide City Council.Nonny12!!
Cannot add payment info
This used to be a good app which I used frequently. It seems from a few months ago things have changed. I can no longer add in my payment information, which means I can no longer use the app. There’s no one to report this too. Very disappointing.Shanber
Good idea. But filtering doesn’t work..
The filtering in the app doesn’t work.

Good idea, terrible app
The app is fairly easy to use and the concept is great, especially as you can remotely extend your parking time. However, the resourcing behind this app makes it almost useless. The app constantly hangs trying to load information meaning it’s faster to just go find a ticket machine. It also gets stuck loading when your time is running out and you need to extend. I guess if you screenshot it would be pretty easy to dispute a fine 🤷♂️ if their own app doesn’t loadShow lesstommyshaw47

Been sitting here on the side of the road for fifteen minutes next to my car trying to get the bay to show up on this app, whilst the app continues to glitch whilst doing simple things like panning through the map.mjesticfalco
Interface needs work and filters don’t
Slow to load map as you move around trying to find parking bays.
Unselecting items to filter onscreen context (loading zone, disabled, etc) doesn’t apply. The unselected items are still displayed.

still terrible and no updates
I am amazed to read the tiny number of positive reviews that suggest this App works and is updated, I suspect they might be bogus reviews as there has been no update for over 2 years that I can see (not for ios anyway). I am still in Kintore Ave, trying to get my bay to appear, as always just a random sequence of button presses finally brings up the list of bays. Just appalling.Show lessTuffy croquette
Extremely bad, only use as last resort
Literally doesn’t function for purpose on a guest login, which begs the question of why it even exists.
They also don’t actually tell you anywhere you can’t pay for parking on a guest login anywhere, and the errors it throws are indecipherable gibberish. I found this information from a review.
The only reason I was using the app to begin with was because the machines wouldn’t accept any of my cards.
It’s truly wild to me that they can charge so much for parking and none of their payment methods actually work. Guess a lot more people get fined that way.

Paid parking via App but still received fine.
The App itself was so hard to navigate, first time user here and spent ten minutes just trying to find the right bay. I have successfully paid my ticket but still received an Expiation Notice (paid for period between 11am and 12pm, fine issued on 11:49am).
