Terrible - Simply a waste of time
Too bad there isn’t an alternative.
You can be physically in a bay able see the bay number only to have the app unable to find the bay, rendering the app useless.
The offer to extend the time at an exorbitant rate is an “interesting” feature, I wonder which of the council’s values does it align to.

Can’t even pay for parking
This app is not user friendly at all. I can’t figure out how to actually pay for parking! There’s no onboarding to explain how and it certainly isn’t obvious. I’ve used many parking apps before so am used to using them. I think I’ll delete it.We_are_family
Clunky but works
The app could be more intuitive - considering its main purpose is to pay for parking. It took a few moments to work out how to set up but once set up, it was fast and easy to pay for parking.anicknamethatisn'ttaken
Wow. So much hate for this App. Not that bad.
I started reading a heap of the bad reviews. Thought this must be a huge disaster. Maybe there’s been a few big upgrades since those bad reviews, cause it’s not a disaster.
I reckon it’s pretty good. Easy authentication. Quick to use. Pop in ya bay number and pay. Reminds you when it’s getting close to the time and no going back to the car if you need to extend. Accepts multiple cars.
I can park for 15mins to pick up wifey after work and doesn’t cost much.
Simples.

Good concept
I use this app daily without issue, I’ve read some of the other reviews and am confused by what they say as the app isn’t that bad.
Gets better with each update, glad to see sign up with Apple ID has now been added, just needed to include Apple Pay as a payment option now.pontipher
Awful
I don’t hate the concept, but this is one of the most confusing, poorly designed apps I’ve ever used. The interface is a slow, jumbled mess. There’s no onbiarding to help you work out how anything works. Even down to simple thing like if I open the menu, all the items are listed twice. And I’m supposed to trust these developers with my credit card details. No thanks.

THE single most useless app I have ever used
Just wasted 20mins of my life trying to find the bay KI210 on the Kintore Ave list. Almost through my phone in frustration. The developers should be ashamed and go back to school. It scares me that tax payer dollars are paying for muppet services like this. Do not launch something until it works (funny as I think it was launched some 2 years or more ago and it was terrible then too- I just crossed my fingers praying it had changed)Show lessdarrienjooo
Trying to do the right thing
The parking meter was broken so I thought I would do the right thing and get this app and pay, when you try to click “calculate rate” it’s greyed our, you simply cannot pay via the app. Everything everyone else says is true, activation link doesn’t send out, you have to resend. Worst app doesn’t work
On I phone it doesn’t work period. Also it it very poorly designed. How can you stuff up something so simple. Also it is overly complex and slow. Nothing works. The Easy Park App works perfect. Great once you troubleshoot
Fantastic app however a few screens at the beginning to help navigate how to use would be good. It took me a few minutes to realize you could not pay for parking with a guest login but that you had to create an account. Once that was sorted it was very easy to use!ODB21
