Love the Concept/App Needs Improvements
Owner App Improvements needed:
better owner app/better notifications
Should be able to message or call Boatsetter CSR ASAP
Messages should have the option to send message directly to Boatsetter
App needs add on’s or extra fees or extra stuff for clients. Extra charge button
App needs to have some way of saying that renter is still out past the agreed upon time.
Payout should be immediately after rental is finished
Insurance deductible is $7500??? Way too high
Administrator fees/App fees are way higher than credit card fees
App should have GPS tracking of clients while they are using the boat.

We’re sorry to hear that they’re asking for details and not always following through with a reservation. We would love the opportunity to review your profile together and see if the description or setting can be adjusted so that renters are not asking irrelevant questions.
