Not a good app. My chart app so much better!
I have doctors with optimum and doctors with Montefiore Medical Center. Montefiore Medical Center MyChart app makes it so easy to book appointments, look at all my lab results, scan results, etc. On the optimum app I have to try to remember what date did I have the test to be able to see the results. It’s a nightmare. I hope they switch to MyChart to keep their patients and gain new ones.Show lessAll my nicknames taken 2
Could be Better
I prefer the FollowMyHealth app. I don’t care for the limited access to my own records. I would like to see the actual lab and test results, and be able to print them. Dates, doctors, and descriptions are not included on diagnosis.Audry1
Caught in update loop
I have an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.8.1, latest for my phone. Tried to login to the app and was prompted to update. Update fails due to needing iOS 16. Try to reopen and goes back to update. So I can no longer use the app. I’m not upgrading just to use this app. I would be happy to continue using the older app for now but it’s not allowed. No way to “click out” of the update.
