My original doc first received had the wrong name for the ordering site, also when I got online for the products picked out my items , called in to order all the numbers I had were incorrect. A lot of time wasted, I got on the proper site and then had a bunch of sign on problems and got locked down for 20 minutes. When I got on line looking for items is slow as a snail, the system couldn’t go from page one to the next page what a joke system. I was using an iPhone 12 with 17 op system.

Thank you for the feedback, because of this and feedback like it from others we were able to identify an issue and escalate it with our tech team, we’re currently investigating ways to improve the speed to place an order.
