  • Waste of time

    The app will not take my credentials. I have tried over and over. When I submit a help ticket no one responds. When I reset my password it accepts my temp password the app asks that I reset my temp password so when I do it won’t accept the new password! It’s beyond frustrating. How this app has a 4 star review is beyond me. Boooo!

  • Maybe worst app I’ve even used

    Was this app just abandoned? Did you let an intern take a stab at it and then walk away? What a joke.
  • App doesn’t work

    App says I need to restart and then doesn’t show any offers. Sounds like this is really common. Not sure how it got 4.4 stars as I don’t see a good review on here.

    Horrible app. Never works. They make you renew on the app for a discount but you can’t actually check out. Needs to be 0 stars
  • IT Doesn’t Work!!

    It just doesn’t work and the IATA team doesn’t respond to your emails at all. Very frustrating 😠especially when this was the 1st year I decided to just do the digital!! So I am gonna just get back an actual card, I am done with full digital!! Very annoyed 😒
  • Problems using

    Please fix this app. I need electronic access to my card, which I just paid for. I cannot login…keep getting error message. Have rebooted and re-downloaded app several times now.
  • Dysfunctional App

    This app has loads of problems, it glitches constantly, loads terribly slow, and it really has terrible user experience. I highly recommend for the developers of this app to completely rebuild it as this user interface and to update it as soon as possible.

  • Doesn’t work

    I have paid extra to get access to my card on the app and have tried for over a month with no success. I have emailed, and called. When I email they tell me they can login and but doesn’t work when I try. When I login it says my email is not registered, then when I try to sign up it says my email is already used. When I try to reset the login, it says the email can’t be found. Such a disappointment.
