Which isn’t saying much. Literally can’t get account created. Force quitting seems to move forward in the process (how does that make any sense…). But need to confirm via an email which never gets sent.

$600 on a power meter and this is the app we get to go along with it!? App doesn’t work, at all. None of the buttons are responsive. It literally doesn’t do anything. Guess I’ll send the PM back.

Can’t even create an account to get further into the app… I assume, even if I could create an account, that I would then just experience all of the same issues that others are reporting.

I read online reviews suggesting this might have issues but figured I would give it a go regardless since I had yet to update my firmware. Ummm not such a great experience… Version 19/522 result? Failed half way through firmware update after attempts across 4 different IOS devices running 3 different version of IOS (I’m a dev so I have access to different hardware). Working with both NA and DE support, we tried a couple of things but none would proceed past the step 1 of 2 on the update. The last thing we tried was to access via an Android device and DE support given me access to an older version of the software - 18/489 if I recall. This fixed the issue and allowed me to do an update. Once updated…I was able to connect via IOS 19/522 and check battery level and settings… So…if you are interested in checking your battery level this would appear to be decent software. If you have an interest in doing your firmware but don’t have access to an Android device? Suggest you wait for another version…

Latest version won’t connect
App can’t find my power meter after updating to the latest version.
“No Bluetooth LE devices found” despite the green light flashing on the device flashing.

AFTER downloading the update, the app on my phone and iPad will not find my power meter.
And the app keeps sending me to the App Store for the update.

Can’t connect my powermeter, even after deleting and reregistering it. Constantly directs me to App Store for update despite being on current version. Please fix.

Didn’t crash. Performed firmware upgrade just fine.

Not much functionality, but all works
The app only does firmware updates, battery checks and a couple of options, but they all worked for me. Firmware update worked first time too.
