Registration process is draining, app stuck in 2005
Registration of a new powermeter is long and boring, requires serial numbers, creating account, activation numbers, activation email. Makes me wonder why so much security, not like powermeter are getting stolen everyday.
App does it’s job but is slow and it constantly crashes or looses signal. Poor design and firmware.
On the good note, update of pedal firmware worked ok and options are all available on settings. I guess what really is annoying is that Bluetooth for the app works but for devices you need to pay €50.00 making the power2max only transmit in ANT+. I guess we are back to 2005 when Bluetooth was seen as completely new and exclusive still.

Needs work
I can connect to my power meter but can’t install updates or upgrades. Continuously throws a DFU Service Error.
No network connectivity
After downloading the app, I can’t do anything because it thinks I have no network connectivity. Tried WiFi and LTE, neither worked. Tried an iPad, didn’t work. My network connectivity is fine... I’m posting this review from the same device.
Firmware update doesn’t work
Currently there is an issue where the app cannot update firmware on power meters.
