Timeshifter Worked great!

We used the app on a trip to Australia and New Zealand from Canada. We adjusted well both ways. Found the directions easy to follow. Would highly recommend.

10 plus 10 time zone jumps with Timeshifter.

I may have used Timeshifter 12 times. Each time it was transatlantic or at least 8 time zones of travel. I was so skeptical the first time my buddy had it pulled up. It was COVID time and I love coffee. He was still drinking it but only a certain times. I was interested as it didn’t seem like major changes in the travel except small time windows when caffeine was used. Also, limiting and increasing light exposure seemed really important. I tried it half heartedly and had no jet lag. It was a little surreal. Then I tried it for myself. I live in Asia and America half time and the travel can be brutal. No jet lag the next time. I couldn’t believe how fast I was at meetings and back thinking clearly. The next day. I only experienced small amounts of extra sleepiness at normal bedtime. Convenient. I’m a thinker so I investigated. It’s really all about light exposure and not using caffeine at the wrong times. I have not had jet lag one time I’ve used it!!! I’m using it to travel from London to Dallas as we speak. I have 6 children and my family needs me present sometimes upon arrival. Try it even if skeptically. The first trip was free and sold me on the NASA science behind the recommendations. It’s really subtle and no hardcore advice to fight through sleepiness etc. My life is easier on Timeshifter science.

Love the app

I followed the plan, but not religiously and found it very easy…just a few days before leaving, you follow the guidelines and that’s it. Didn’t feel jet lagged at all.
Amazing!

No Jet Lag!

Flew from Vancouver Canada to Hanoi Vietnam with 3 hour Tokyo layover. We follwed the Timeshifter schedule and neither my husband nor I experienced jet lag. Worked beautifully!

Works both directions with minimal jet lag

I travel across time zones at a minimum of 5 months a year, between North America, MENA and Asia. Since using this app, my jet lag has been minimal so I have been seamlessly able to function at my best no matter what country that I’m in! Even my jet lag returning home is minimal!

For anyone who is a frequent international traveler I would HIGHLY recommend this app if you want to maintain your energy in your new time zones. Even if you follow it 80-90%, you will still experience high energy results and minimal fatigue.

I recommend this app daily because I trust it so much!!!

Great app

I travel to Europe or Japan once or twice a year and found this app to keep me on track for avoiding jet lag. Some of it is common sense, but it’s good to have a reminder of when to ensure you are getting enough light, something I hadn’t thought of before.
I’ll definitely use it again.

Travel game changer!

I tested this out for 2 long haul trips in a month - Toronto to Hamburg and Toronto to Vietnam. There and back, it worked like an absolute charm. I landed late Sunday night after 22 hours of flying and I was ready for work Monday morning. Already referred friends, can’t praise this enough!!

Effective way to minimize jetlag

If you only read the first line: Timeshifter is a great resource for drastically reducing jetlag and feeling better sooner when traveling overseas.

I travel to Asia from the US several times per year for work. My "system" for reducing jetlag had worked okay in the past (tired the first 1-3 afternoons), but I decided to give Timeshifter a try. My trial was on a ten day a trip to China and Vietnam. I followed the plan 80-90% on the way to Hong Kong (1am flight from SFO) and felt shockingly good, only getting slightly tired in the late afternoon. On the way home my flights changed to a redeye SGN-TPE and a morning TPE-SFO, a schedule I'd never done. The app had me stay up all night with light exposure for the redeye then sleep on the long flight. I've found that as long as I read the plan ahead and prepare mentally I can stay up late without too much difficulty. Again, I got home and felt fine.

I've subsequently subscribed and have used Timeshifter for a five day trip to Germany and a 16 day trip to Asia, and I'd highly recommend it.

Best tool to beat jet lag

I have used Timeshifter for +5 years. I frequently travel long distance for work, and can honestly say, TimeShifter is a game changer, the one tool which has helped minimise any impact of jet lag. It’s seamless to set up your trips and have your timeshifter plan developed and tailored to your flight times. You of course have to stick to the plan to feel the benefits but it’s easy to do, and well worth it. I recommend this app to all my colleagues and friends travelling multiple time zones, and simply wouldn’t travel time zones without it.

Worked for me!!

I’d say I followed the advice 85% of the time before and during a flight from Canada to Australia. We landed at 8 am and I seemed to slide right into Australian time.
