Long haul minus the lag.

I was referred to the app by my son after he used it to fly from Australia to Portugal (26hrs), where he bounced off the plane and straight into best-man duties at a friend’s wedding. But I’m an insomniac traveller, who typically zombie walks through cities, and sneers at such miracle save. Still, I gave it a try, feeding in my flight details and sticking to its timeline advice to adjust light exposure, drink caffeine at determined hours and drop melatonin….. Magic!!! I had no issue after flying for 29 hrs from Melbourne to Boston. It was a first ever! I’m doing the repeat on the way home. Fully Impressed and forever committed to its use!!!

Zero jet lag

I recently tried the App on a return trip from NZ to Dublin (approx 24 hours). It worked a trick. Zero jet lag. I took melatonin and avoided alcohol.

It works!

Tried this for a trip with a 10hours time difference. Worked magic!

Fabulous Timeshifter App !

Highly recommend this App. I downloaded it after looking at a few reviews on line and used it for the first time on a very long haul trip from Australia to the Netherlands. I followed the recommendations quite faithfully (from 2 days before the first flight) and I was very surprised and delighted at the results. I felt very fine on arrival - in fact I landed at 7:15 am and had a full day of activities before bed and slept really well that night and all the nights following . The only thing I felt was a slight rocking motion of the plane 2 days later only for a few hours and then it went away so if that is part of what is called jet lag , then it was very insignificant indeed. This app will be one of my must haves for all my trips henceforth- very highly recommended!!!

Around the world in seven days. The app works!

Just travelled Sydney to New York on Qantas (21 hours), stayed in New York for 7 days, then returned to Sydney on Singapore Airlines across the Atlantic to Singapore and Sydney (27 hours).
Followed the recommendations mostly, except when it told you to go to sleep immediately on departure out of New York on a 19 hour flight when they were about to serve the only meal for the next 12 hours. So had the meal and then slept.
Even with minor modifications like this the Timeshifter app really works. I had virtually no jet lag at any time, either in NYC or in return to Sydney.

Fantastic app

My sister recommended this app after a few trips from Australia to Europe and back, so with a big holiday planned, we downloaded it and had a look at it about a week out from departing Oz. Of course, I had caught the flu, so was feeling miserable and not confident. However, we followed the recommendations and arrived in Europe 27 hours later with only the flu (still)... no jetlag! Concerned about the trip home – always a big kick in the pants jetlag-wise – we followed the recommendations almost to the letter. The travel time was approximately 36 hours, across time and date lines... a good test. Again, no jet lag... not even a week later! So recommend using Timeshifter - thanks to the developers – a fantastic app!

Lifesaver

Bottom line: it works. A friend who travels frequently told me about Timeshifter. I have taken two international trips, one with a 9 time zone shift and the other a 10 time zone shift and both times I used Timeshifter. I followed the instructions as closely as I could. When light was needed and I had to be inside, I used my Happy Light which I use during the winter in Seattle. I was a little tired from traveling and felt just a smidge of jet lag for less than a day - insignificant, whereas previously it would take me 4 days to fully get over my jet lag. On the return leg it was a little bit harder to follow the instructions since I was busy but I tried to follow the best I could. Eg wearing sunglasses in the day when I was supposed to be avoiding light, caffeine and melatonin as instructed. I felt a little tired my first day home but that was it. Second day zero jet lag. Amazing. The app is based on science - you just have to follow it. If you can’t abide by the instructions then it’s not the app’s fault if you have jet lag. I’m so grateful for this app - I no longer dread long haul travel and the debilitating jet lag that came with it. Thank you Timeshifter!

100% effective!

I wished I discovered this app sooner. Travelled from Canada to Japan and followed the plan as much as I could and experienced zero jet lag! 100% effective and I’m recommending this to all of my friends!

Pleasantly surprised

Australia- europe and back normally throws me, especially when going to work, and needing to be clear headed.
Some of the instructions were challenging to follow, but I followed advice around 80-90% of the time. Sometimes you can't turn the light on, or get a coffee. The advice of ‘take an hour-long nap’ 45 minutes before the plane was scheduled to land felt impractical, and taking an exact amount of sleep on the plane is a challenge, but knowing when to be resting vs watching bright screens is always handy.

I've used it a few times with good results.

It truly is a game changer!

I was absolutely blown away by how well Timeshifter worked for me! As someone who typically struggles with jet lag, especially on my Australia-to-Europe trips, I was skeptical at first. Every time before using this app, I’d feel horrible for 6-8 days, with brain fog and disrupted sleep patterns. But Timeshifter changed everything! On my recent trip, I had no jet lag at all. When I returned to Australia, I slept normally and was fully alert and ready to work the next day. No brain fog, no exhaustion—just a smooth transition back to my regular routine. I can’t recommend this app enough, especially for those who travel frequently for work across different time zones. It truly is a game-changer!
