Great app, it worked awesome, thanks so much

No Jet lag

After suffering for 2 weeks of horrendous jet lag after a trip back from Europe earlier in the year I was almost dreading a trip I had planned to the US. Someone had suggested the Timeshifter app, which I enthusiastically Downloaded and applied when the time was right. I cannot believe that on my journey to the US and then more importantly after my journey home to Australia from the US I did not and have not had any significant jet lag at all. An absolute winner for me!

Brilliant!

I Used this app for my first long haul flight from Auckland to London as everyone kept saying we would need 3 days to recover from jet lag. I didn’t want to waste 3 precious days so searched for help online and found this one. I can honestly say there was no jet lag, in fact the hotel manager where we stayed for 3 days in London could not get over how good I looked and was very interested in learning about what I did! I felt no different really and slept really well straight away. Second day in London we walked 8km sightseeing!! That’s how normal we felt. This app is the best and I am one day away from starting for the trip back. Thanks!!

Review of Timeshifter

I downloaded the app as I was travelling to Australia from the UK and had not done long haul before.

I found the app beneficial when using the app , I reduced my caffeine intake 4 days before I travelled as the app stated which helped ,kept to my regular bed routine bed at 10 pm waking at 6 am before I got on the plane

Once I arrived in Australia at 5 am I stayed awake until the evening and kept into my routine of waking up morning/ sleeping at night and not drinking too much Tea/coffee during the day in fact I drank lots of water
The app suggests to avoid sunglasses during the day and go to sleep at night which I followed

Once home I have repeated the routine of the app by reducing coffee/tea going to bed at my regular bedtime at 10pm waking up around 5.30 am

I’ll be honest I don't know what jet lag feels like and after speaking to people they said you would know if you had
So to that answer I have felt actually fine

I definitely would recommend the app if you have never done long haul before I really think this has helped me a lot so a very positive from me xx

Zero Jetlag - Recommended to EVERYONE

Incredible! I had ZERO jet lag on my trip to Singapore from San Francisco. I had to an important site walk and business meeting in Narita airport during my transit on the way over and needed to be laser focused - no issue. While in Singapore, I was in conferences all day from 8am-6pm and then dinners out with colleagues. Nada! Here I am writing from San Francisco with not a single minute of jet lag. The only thing I would change is that your app assumes you can sleep on the last 1.5 hours of a flight. That’s typically when all lights come on and they do meal service. There’s no possibility of sleeping when this is happening. I had to move my sleep window up to account for this. Please consider this adjustment. But overall, WELL DONE! I recommended this app to basically everyone I know where I work....and we all travel a lot!!!

Writing as an update having used Timeshifter for the second time for a business trip to Japan. You all have done it again! I have ZERO jet lag and have recommended this app to all my colleagues. I call Timeshifter my lifesaver and don’t know how I survived without it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I was able to do my work with laser focus during my 4 days in Japan! You guys are THE BEST!!!!!!

Follow it & REALLY works - recommend to All

I came across the name of this app in an article and have since come across it in more online articles since downloading and using it. I was doing some simultaneous research on my upcoming trip to Europe (from the US) and also on helping my mom reset her circadian rhythm, as it’s become a major quality of life issue for all of us. I downloaded it onto my iPhone, for this first free trip, And was determined to use it as an experiment because I remember in the past having terrible jet lag upon arrival in Europe. I admit that I followed it to a T and started following suggestions on the app starting four days before departure. I know from experience that I was in a much better state of mind upon arrival. I’ve recommended this to friends and family, particularly for the distance that you have to travel, specially for those that travel often and or for business purposes. I really appreciate the simplicity and beauty of the app with the visual cues and also the ability to read more and learn why and how things work. Because I plan to do more traveling in the coming years I will definitely purchase use of the app. I have them for their review online and found more information and research behind the app and I’m sharing this with my mom who really needs to reset her circadian rhythm but has no guidance on that. Kudos to an exceptional app that is extremely user-friendly!

Won’t fly without it!

I do a bit of travel for work, mostly between Europe and Australia. Walking off a plane after 23 hours in transit and going straight into a meeting isn’t something I relish particularly when you realise it’s 3am back home! But with this app, I worry no more!

It tells me when to sleep, when to see light, when to see darkness, when to drink caffeine (only if you want to).

Once you realise that stopping jet lag is all about resetting your circadian rhythm, you will never leave home without this app to guide you either!

Great for World Travelers

We have traveled to Europe a few times and tend to have a small amount of jet lag, once we get home though, it is pretty bad. We used timeshifter for our first trip to Indonesia and with the big time change, it was super helpful. On the way there we followed the plan about 85% and expereince no jet lag upon arrival or during the trip. We followed the plan about 40% on the way back (who really wants to go to sleep at 7pm on their last night of vacation :( ), but honestly, knowing the key parts of when to sleep on the plane or stay up, really helped and we only had a small amount of jet lagg that lasted the next day. We will definetley be using this app on our next travel adventure!

This worked!

I was dubious, but this app worked. I entered the travel information and got my plan for a work trip to Canada.

The actions it asks you to undertake are not always possible, for instance you can't get direct sunlight when you're in a meeting, so I didn't follow it to the letter and moved things around slightly to accommodate life, even so, it still worked.

The other little issue, certainly for UK users, you can't get Melatonin over the counter, so I couldn't take any until I got to a drugstore in Canada. The melatonin, I found, made this...I don't think I'd have got the results I did without it.

Timeshifter works!

I went in my first and furthest trip I’ve ever taken from San Francisco to Bali, Indonesia. I stumbled upon this app after looking for other possible jet lag soothers. This program seemed a brilliant and natural way to support via the body rhythms. Although it did take a little attention and focus, starting the program a couple days before I left really prepped the mind/body to know it was going to be on Bali time. I actually felt myself shifting after the first day. By the time I arrived in Bali (23 hours after leaving SF) I was feeling great! Slept normally and the whole trip I had fresh energy. I will say the return to SF I wasn’t able to follow as closely due to the darker environment on the 11 hr plane ride, but even focusing and following as much as I could, I still feel mostly adjusted after awakening this morning. Oh, and the customer support was awesome!!! Thanks Timeshifter! I’ll use your app each time I travel the world!
