Annoying
Third VI Peel and still the app will not upload pictures or glitches often so you can’t even use the app in its entirety to look and log my progress. I hoped that by my third one this wouldn’t be the case still, but it is, and it’s annoying that you spend so much money on the peel but can’t really use the app.

App doesn’t work!
They should remove the QR code on the sheet because it’s pointless. App doesn’t do anything. It freezes up, photos won’t upload, it stays on one screen, you can’t get to the daily instructions. It would have been nice to use.

Nothing loads or uploads. There’s no information that shows up. Very frustrating. Don’t bother to even use it just follow the written instructions

Good concept but not functional/reliable. I created the account twice, the day to day instructions are blank. Just use the pamphlet and set up reminders on you phone.

The idea is nice, but this app needs a lot of revamping considering it doesn’t even load most of the time! I only got it to load successfully for one day. I also didn’t receive any notifications or reminders. I had to use the pamphlet I was given after my peel for the instructions. Don’t bother with this app!

Doesn’t work as expected
I was very excited about this app, especially as a first time patient. But it does not load anything. I created an account and none of the tabs were working on the first day, which is when I most wanted guidance. I am on Day 4 and it now works, but I ended up just using the pamphlet I was given. If it had loaded correctly from day 1, I probably would have used it more. Hopefully this can be fixed easily because it is a good concept

Glitches are too much
I wish I could use this app for my progress but it either rarely loads or it doesn’t take you to where you’re asking it to go- ex: when clicking for day one, it takes you to the disclaimer of photos being submitted are used only for our records etc. Would love to use this- it’s a great concept but the bugs make it not usable. Pls fix!!!!

Upgrade the Technology PLEASE
I downloaded this app first day of my peel, it worked fine, I tried to get back into it just 15 mins later and it refused to load. Nothing shows up. It’s so sad cause I was really looking forward to using it.
Please upgrade the technology, fix the glitches. The peel cost way too much money for something as basic as an app.

Constantly Freezing and Crashing
Horrible app! Needs some major bug fixes. Freezes, crashes, and notifications never happened even though enabled.
