Never works anymore
I bowl 6 days a week and for the last six months this system has failed to give me my points I should have a substantial amount I bowl open play any where from six to twelve games and bowl league four nights a week and yet I receive nothing from open lanes anymore this is awful that I should be using my rewards instead of my money!Show lessJV 5thWard
Good win it works
Since June 9 this app has been broken. I can connect but it does not save scores. I tried reloading the app and I sent a trouble email to the app it self. As of today it still do not save scores. The points I earned seem to not be affiliated with StarsnStripes bowling centers. Hopefully they fix the bugs soon!!!Show less501 concern
Stopped working, nonexistent support?
So I've been using the app for a while to keep track of my scores, and everything seemed to be fine but recently it stopped saving my scores after I was done bowling. I can connect to the bowling lane kiosk just fine, but it no longer saves my scores for reviewafter I leave the game and go home. I tried to get Support on the website, but Brunswick only has support for their bowling equipment, apparently no option for Support for the app. At least not at the link provided on the App Store app page support link.Show lessHeli-AV8R

Played and ended up losing all my past stats and information on games. It also doesnt record all games.Calsyum
Clunky
I would expect some basic functionality in this app since so many lanes use this software, like at the very least what my overall average is. But instead I get Angry Birds??? If it is a bowling app, at least include core bowling overall stats.Less_of_me
Cool app
It’s super cool to be able to reference my old scores. One thing I don’t understand is that my best scores for the day aren’t showing up on the graph. Only my two worst scores of the day.Campcrusha
It BUGS me
So many bugs and glitches that despite a potential for being fun or helpful it is not. Everything from adding a photo to getting scores recorded is painful. Everything seemed to work once for a day but now it is epic fail. Picture disappeared after the first week. Scores do not record after the first week. Like I said no value to me. Dumping this because it does not add any value to my bowling experience.Show lessRUCRZY2

Ok to meh
Compared to other synced and unsynced bowling apps, it’s ok, wish it was live updates, and all stats transfer IRT , instead of just Xs and spare %, i’d be better if your average ball speed, 10 pin stats, single pin stats, etc. all transferred so you can get an accurate look over a long period of time of how you do,Show lessSeeznil

Loved the App for the first few weeks. Full of cool features and stats. 4 of my local bowling centers supported the App, and then all of a sudden it no longer works at any of them. My buddies and I are all bummed as they are having the same issues. Maybe it will come back around someday ?Drvtynkhde
