A few issues
Overall it is a great app. The only issues I see is that the profile picture does not update on the tablet, and I did not get the 500 points for joining the app.Holloween chica

Thank you for the feedback 1. If you did not get points for downloading the app, you may have bowled previously and received scores. If you show your app to the bowling center, they should be able to provide you the points. 2. To have your avatar appear, use the OpenLane app at the lane table to connect to game (under Connect my Phone). Edit a bowler and select “This is me”. Make sure to hit Save. If it does not appear, there could be an issue with the speed of the internet connection at the center. Thank you for the review. Each entertainment center has the discretion on whether they provide offers and what loyalty points can be used for. Check with your bowling/entertainment center to find out all the ways you can use OpenLane in their center!Open Lane
We love open lane. There are six senior citizens who bowl every Wednesday at Woodland and with the VIP reward coupon it enable us to enjoy the game. Thank you very much for your program of providing affordable chance to enjoy bowling. We love this sports.bldyfngrs

Poor Customer Support
I have used this since it started at Seminole and Sunrise Lanes. There were some rough spots in the beginning. It did not alway record the reward points. It got better but never replaced missing reward points. Recently my 5000 reward points disappeared. My scores are present. Upon questioning what happened I was told by lane management that I have a weird email address and Brunswick deleted my email account in their system. I was told to get a yahoo or gmail account. In the first place if I had a weird email account how having been accumulating reward points, why are my scores recorded? Why does my husband still get reward points using same domain? I wrote email to Brunswick customer service and one to app@ and got no answer. Bad app, bad customer service. Very disappointed.Show lessbeadgypsy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the MindSpring ISP blocking communications to your specific email address, we’re unable to process points and scores as normal. Once an ISP bounces an email, we are required by the CAN Spam act to remove those accounts. You also have a Spam filter in place through Earthlink that requires any email send to fill out a form to send future emails. Since scores are automatically sent from the scoring system, no one saw this email filter, therefore our system was bounced/blocked. That being said, we have communicated with the local center on how this can be amended by re-establishing your points. The OpenLane team does not have the authority to reinstate the points as the distribution of points is left up to the local center. We will send a follow up request to the center. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the ISP in this case and although your husband’s email address has worked flawlessly, sometimes automated systems don’t work consistently. If we can improve our controls in the future, we will make every effort to do so.Satisfied customer
