There should be a change to the disclaimer about processing times

It Could Be Better If…..
1) send the recipient a TEXT MESSAGE that they have a gift from ________. Some of my recipients are not too “tech/phone/email” savvy and didn’t even know they received the gift until I mentioned it to them a few weeks later. Two gifts that I sent in 2022 still haven’t been opened!!
2) It would be best if they could get that text and a link to their gift (although you would have to put some type of safeguards in there so that they don’t think it’s a scam)
3) I would work a little more on the ease of finding info in our profiles to see not just WHO we sent to, but WHAT the gift was, WHAT TIME it’s scheduled for , or if it was sent already and WHAT TIME AND DAY did the recipients open it.
I guess what I’m saying is that the follow up on each gift needs a bit of work.
Also, you need to put SOMEWHERE in the app, a CONTACT email for help and support. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it, which is why I’m actually writing a review.

Other than the cons I still a hundred percent recommend using Givingli I love it 5 stars!!
Privacy concerns and error messages
First, the app seems to require a phone number in order to sign up. And when I use a Google Voice-type number, it doesn’t work. That raises a red flag for me considering that I’ve used many apps and websites to purchase things where I’ve not ran into that problem. I’ve also read that it can be a privacy and security risk to share a personal cell phone number with businesses.
Also, it seems like the app requires access to ALL of my contacts in order to send a card. Reluctantly, I did all that and tried sending a digital card. But the link caused the following error message each time I tried to view the card online: “Safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be found.”

Best card app ever
Super Cute & Easy to Use!
Two features I'd love to see added are:
- A color picker that allows you to select the exact color (for background/text/etc) from within the current design, including colors on the cover. I love to coordinate colors and it's nearly impossible with the current tools.
- Having the guide that shows the middle of the card indicate when the item you're moving is lined up in the middle. It's really hard to get things to align properly without knowing where the middle of the image/text is.
