Jotform provides a free platform for users of your products to give realistic evaluations. It is simple to use and for Not for Profit purposes it ticks every box.

This app slays its so good. I used it for some academic research and it’s such a great way to build forms and surveys. Had a great range of question types. The only thing I’d add is a ranking question type where the respondent can rank options from best to worst/ most relatable to least relatable etc.

Recent Update Issue
Hi team,
Love Jotform but a recent update has meant that when I go to edit a form, the pop out edit menu on the left can’t be fully cleared off the screen. It makes it incredibly difficult to then edit the content as I can’t completely close the side menu. Even clicking the X doesn’t create a response.
Would love the bug to be fixed so that I can get back to using the platform. Thanks

Excellent app
Jotform is user friendly and performs well. The support is excellent with responses usually within a few hours. I have tried a number of other form creation apps but Jotform is my favourite.
First time user
Still learning how to utilise the functionality, but has been very intuitive to use! With limited use of the available resources and help menus I have been able to develop a working app, forms and reporting for my use.

Can’t Thank The Developers Enough For All Their Hard Work And Loyalty To Their App. We Have Created Multiple Integrations And Are Now Able To Assist Other Small Businesses To Grow Their Business. Loving it so far, just 1 improvement I’d like
I’m loving this so far as intake forms for potential clients for my health coaching business.
The improvement I would like to see is a better uploading of the person’s contact informationInto my contacts app. Right now on my iPhone it will transfer the phone number and email, but not the name and I can’t even copy the name to paste it in.
And I didn’t see a way to do it at all from the web version in my computer.
But otherwise, 👍👍

Best Form platform
I have been working with JotForm for over two years already and I can just said that the JotForm team exceeded my expectations. They just continue adding more things to this platform. The HIPPA compatibility of the platform make it by far the best in the market. It is easy to use, expandable, and it could integrate with other services. It just the best.

Terrible support
I cannot begin to express my frustration with their user support. A strange glitch that stopped allowing me to add multiple choice boxes to a PDF occurred a few weeks ago. A week of trying to troubleshoot myself, followed by a support request going over two weeks without resolution. Starting to look for other platforms given that this was a test to decide whether to pay for the upgraded services. Based on my experience, I would never pay for this service and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to. Shame, because it seemed so promising early on.
