Such a good app
I’ve just started my own business and needed to make some consultation forms and you can store digital forms a lot easier than paper copies. This is the perfect app if you need to make digital forms.

Best form app/software
I was using google forms & since not everyone has a gmail account, it’s not a very user friendly software. So I was searching and searching & came across joy form & it is PERFECT, you get 5 free forms with complete access to edit change & build how you want them before having to purchase anything. Anyone can use it & it can be sent to clients ahead of time or can be filled out at the appointment through the app.

It takes all the mathematical bulk dust out of it you can do your paperwork in 5 minutes instead of 1/2 hour love it

First Time User
As someone that needs this for work, I have found that other Documents / convent forms were hard to use and edit.
This was so adaptable and easily to change, edit and improve documents needing a signature and consent.
The App is very straight forward and the form outlay very easy to edit and understand if you have created form before.
Highly recommend for any First Time User as this to me was better then the paid Apps and Extremely large funds to print off as this offered a electronic form once signed.

User Friendly
I find the app very user friendly to create forms. It's easy to create and manage forms including modifying the exported pdf files. Highly recommended!
