I run a audio design business, and often, I have to ask my clients for their contact information to place in my filing system. This is a tedious task that usually ends in me forgetting certain information I need from them.
That’s where JotForm comes in! I created a ‘Contact List’ form with all the necessary information I need the client to provide. Then I set a custom notification message to appear on my mobile devices whenever a new client submits the form. This then triggers a separate automation app on my computer that updates my contacts list with the new clients information!

For our small business and the amount of submissions we need this is perfect!
Our clients love the forms and it allows us to save our client Information so when we need it it is readily available.
As long as they don’t go the way many companies do these days and switch the terms on us I give Jotform 5 stars all day long!

Love everything about jot forms! Simple and easy to use, packed full of features, cost effective, great support and always finding ways to improve! I couldn’t run my business without it.

I literally tell my business partner every day how much I love Jotform! I have been an entrepreneur for over 16 years and I have never been able to build a list, sign people up and do the things that I can do with Jotform with such ease as I do them now! Great app
This is a great app, I don’t consider myself tech savvy and wouldn’t know a widget from a gadget but willing to learn. I started a form last night and it’s up and running this morning.
Nice that it’s a live document so you can make changes and edit as you come across issues. Or learn how to use the app. The biggest problem for me so far was I changed the colour of the text boxes to a different colour from the form format I had chosen to use.
I had used a format that had white text but changed the colour of the text box to white then spent ages trying to work out why clients couldn’t fill in the boxes. This I resolved by using a search engine to ask about the problem. There’s a heap of information there - I haven’t worked out how to ask for help in the app yet but I’ve only had it installed for a day.
If I can use this app anyone can use it

Staying on top of Car Show Registrations
Our annual British Car Show is run by a group of volunteers that don’t have a lot of technology experience. But, they do have a need for timely updates on who’s planing on attending each of the weekend events AND collecting the money. JotForm and JotForm Mobile keep all of the key players informed and energized. Energized? Yes! That instant feedback, when a new car owner registers for the weekend, is exciting for each of us. It’s sort of like going to the mailbox and seeing a “Job Well Done” greeting card from an old friend. It’s just exciting.
We also leverage many of the tools that are built into the apps. The major one is the ability to export data into spreadsheets to create Registration Lists, Name Tags and more. We also use the built-in graphing capabilities to show our committee the progress we’re making.

Amazing organizational tool
Great easy & affordable tool used by several local Nonprofits where I work & volunteer. We have used JotForms for membership, artist, food vendor & performance applications. From Volunteer & Pet parade sign-up to sponsorship.
The auto replies to various committees & the person filling out the form means immediate communique & confirmation, paid receipt & copy of app in email &/or PDF formats. Downloading into Excel means info is sortable.

Love this app!
I own a pet grooming business that also offers boarding, daycare and training. I’m able to send a quick link to all of my client for their info and to go over my disclaimers. I have them attach a photo of their pet and all of their records.
I am able to keep everything organized and in one place. Printing pdf’s for their charts is super easy too!

Best software to manage information
Love this software, biggest difference to Google forms, you can record people’s signature. Love this software because it allows me to manage forms in a precise secure way.
Great app
This is a great electronic form service, really easy to use and feature rich. There are a few little niggles, but on the whole it’s excellent. I’ve not been able to authenticate with square for some reason, but it could be me.
