Accountability for your management team
I oversee seven different fitness facilities. I have searched high and low for an “app” or something that would hold my team accountable every day. Managers need a routine, that will help them prepare for the day and for the week. JotForm works perfectly as we are able to have the managers do a facility walk, with photos and the ability to enter dates. Very handy when you need to monitor your AED daily. I cant be at all the facilities all the time but, I can get organized sheets that are easy to review and helps my company stay tack sharp on day to day operations. Thank you!

VERY CONVENIENT
I love this application - it could use some improvement as I am not able to see more templates other than the first few ones, after that it does tend to get stuck. I have to make my forms from scratch. BUT this app is so user friendly that I can easily make myself a new form in a matter of minutes. I def recommend this application for forms.

Awesome application
Jotforms has such an extensive suite of tailored options for managing pretty much any kind of data. The customisable templates make it such a joy to set up and to start getting productive. Would thoroughly recommend
Really slow, and form issues
The app and website are both really slow and irritating to use, it’s unfortunate because I like JotForm, I really like the creation tools. But like I said, it’s painfully slow, I now can’t even edit my form! Please fix this. And when I’m moving things around on a form, it moves other stuff, for example: let’s say I want to move D to where the B is: A B C D It does this: B D A C This is really annoying and makes it hard to create a form. Please fix.

Easiest app to use!
I do makeup for weddings, and it’s been a long time coming that I’ve needed to make a contract. My friend told me about this app, and it was a little intimidating at first, but super easy to use once I got the hang of it. There’s a bunch of different templates already created that you can go off of, or it gives you the option to create your own from scratch. It’s also extremely easy for me to keep up with every contract that has been submitted. I highly recommend this app.

Keeps asking for login
I have been using this app for a month now and been working fine but since the last update 3 days ago, it keeps on asking for login everytime I go back to app after closing and reopening it.
I love this app!
I’ve tried several other sites and apps for creating landing pages and forms, and none compare to Jotform. The app is intuitive and easy to use, and it looks great. I especially love how easy it is to integrate things like payments, adding PDFs, and sending followup emails. The free version is robust and gives you access to all the features. I used that for a few months before biting the bullet and upgrading to a paid version for my business. I can’t recommend it enough.

The mobile App is phenomenal!
I have been using jot forms for ages. It is my go to place for collecting information of just about any kind. I even use it to host my complete education syllabus and students use it to do and submit their homework. Now they have come out with the mobile app and that is a phenomenal tool. Now I get to create apps and place them on my ipad’s screen and readily have access to the info. I created an app as a wedding designer to collect data for all my brides. And now wherever I am, I can access the information by a simple click on my screen and even share the app with my team as well. Love that they keep coming out with new ways to expand the service. Jot form is a game-changer for all my businesses, school, and Christian ministry. Kudos Jotform!

Only Displays Splash Screen
I have enjoyed the product for two years, so the poor review is for the latest update of the app. When I open the app on my iPad, it displays the opening splash screen and just stays there. I tried closing all programs and rebooting, but the app still exhibits that behavior. So the app is useless, fortunately interfacing JotForm via the website is still great
