Depressing and anxiety tool

I have used this survey to create my own questions to send to family and friends to understand all the new unwritten rules of texting and calling. I ask for availability times, how often they want to communicate, what boundaries they wanted to set up, my strengths and weaknesses and what they would like to see me work on!! It was so easy to set up a personal survey. This app is an amazing way to communicate in your personal life or with a business. Can’t wait to get replies!

Pretty good, but room for improvement.

Much better than many alternatives, but the app isn't very well designed.

I am assigned forms, and many filled several times a day, sometimes one after the other. The forms rarely change, but the app still loads them fresh every...single...time... Depending on my internet connection, this is not always a short wait. A simple hash or version tracking would allow the app to quickly check if the stored copy is still current, keeping me sane.

Very easy!

I just discovered Jotform yesterday and I already have several forms created needed for an upcoming event. The app and website is very user friendly and they offer a lot of great templates to work from. I love that I am able to collect form responses by connecting jot form to my Google drive. I will definitely recommend this to others.

Exports to PDF an Issue

I want to LOVE JotForm, but I’m having issues in getting the JotForm PDF to generate true editable forms in Adobe. Specifically, when I’ve built a couple of forms, I’ve used “X” boxes or Radio Buttons. I also have some parts in the form that are fillable text boxes, but when this is exported over to *.PDF, a substantial portion of the “X” boxes, radio buttons, and more concerning the text fields, are not visible, or usable whatsoever!

I do regularly use Adobe products, but these two programs simply don’t appear to work together very well. I know it would be ideal to have my forms used as a stand-alone app on an iPad or other platform, but I still need fillable forms and paper.

I feel that I’ve wasted my money.

Hi, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We'd like to clarify that not all fields are supported in the export PDF due to limits with PDF API. However, radio buttons and text boxes should work just fine. This can also be customized further in the PDF Editor when you generate a fillable PDF Form. We suggest you try to generate the PDF again. I work at a healthcare facility and JotForm came in clutch. With the pandemic, almost all services requires pre-registration now and appointments. Some companies took this as opportunity, JotForm is out here helping out companies like us provide better services through them. Interface is so easy to use. I have no background with these tech stuff but it was easy to use and set up! Thank you!

No more paper forms!

I switched to JotForm in 2019 and it has made everything so much easier. I used to have enrollment forms for my program that people had to fill out by hand and either scan and e-mail back to me or send via snail mail. Manually entering everything once I received the forms was extremely time-consuming, but since I've been using JotForm, the entire enrollment process is so much better all the way around. The forms are really easy to create as well and I haven't had any issues customizing it to look the way I want it to. I can also sort data pretty much however I want from hundreds of forms, which is yet another lifesaver. I cannot recommend JotForm enough!
