We use JotForm for EVERYTHING! Our company pays for unlimited forms, because I’m telling you- if you have something that needs to be done, you can make a form for it in 5 minutes using JotForm. I am LOVING the new visual reports print out. We utilize the PDF editor often, and I want to take some time to look closer at the new approvals feature. JotForm is a must in our business.

Love this app for my small business
This app has saved me so much time from not having to manually take down orders. Before I would have to message each customer to take their order, get payment, and schedule pick-ups. Now Jot Form does the work for me and I can stay organized by pulling up reports. I use the free version and it has been great.

So far SO GOOD
I was looking for a Microsoft Access style programme to create forms for viewing properties. I tried a few but nothing provided what I was looking for.
I have been playing with it for less than 24 hours but it looks like this is going to tick all of the boxes.
What I love:
- have your submissions saved to Google drive
- collapsible sections
- if statements to display as many sections as you need depending on earlier data entered
I imagine that there is a lot more I haven’t discovered yet.

Useless if you already have an account
Doesn’t let you log in when you first open the app. Gives no options for log in in the settings. No search results to help.

Glitchy
Keeps glitching and won’t let me edit forms I previously spent lots of time creating.
Fix refresh issues please
Our dog rescue uses this and has lots of issues with payments not going through or erroring our during payment. I saw it myself a week ago and I’m in IT so I know it’s something with JotForm, not user error. Also, the refresh in the app doesn’t work so to see a proper count of unread donation forms for which I’m responsible for entering I have to delete and reinstall the app constantly. This is annoying. Fix your app! I’ve asked repeatedly to the other board members to ditch this and stop wasting money.
Update after developer response: I’ve refreshed my data in the app so many times. It does absolutely nothing. I’ve reached out before and been told the same thing. Also contacted support numerous times about the payment issues and haven’t found any solution. I also work on software for a living. There has to be some solution here other than telling me to try the same things that don’t work.

Regarding the unread count of your submissions, we tested it several times but we can't see any problem. Here are our tests with the unread count 1) https://link.jotform.com/WZhyXCUjlB and 2) https://link.jotform.com/ObQNj6mEEC. Could you please sync your data in the app settings? This should sync your forms in the server and should give you the correct count of your submissions. We'll look forward to your reply. Thank you!
Really Good!
Used it for dog and cat adoption applications, it made our lives way easier! Super simple to set up, many different widgets, and very organized! The only downside is that you can do it free, but you can only receive 100 applications/submissions. I am paying for the simplest and cheapest option, not too shabby in price, and everything is great! Keep up the great work!!

Great app!
Easy to make a fillable form and very easy to see the submitted forms.
Easy and efficient!
JotForm has been heaven sent with COVID-19 Vaccines!! Expedites the whole process and efficient- getting patients in and out. Saves us a ton time gathering info from patients as well. Scheduling could use some work, but doesn’t bother me as I don’t use it for scheduling. Thank you JotForm for also offering HIPAA compliance for free for coronavirus responders. You’re awesome!

Unbelievably Versatile
You can build and configure forms easily. Once you get used to the settings it's easy to create them. I was amazed to find out you can have the data you collect to print out on a copy of the original pdf form. Super handy.
Tech support responded to my questions is about 2 hours which isn't bad. I'm very happy with it.
