Terrible
I have used several softwares for writing reports for inspections and this is by far the worst. I usually wouldn’t take the time to write a negative review but this application is so terrible I had to. Whether you are connected to cellular or excellent WiFi, the software lags at the input of any data. ANY DATA. Even selecting drop done data it takes a minute or two to populate each field, and longer for any typed data. Then after saving a draft after taking hours to enter everything in, the app crashes anytime I try to open my draft and I can no longer access it at all. 0 stars

Dynamite Program and Support Staff
We used jotform for a virtual flower show- not exactly mega data processing but we had complex phases of judging, sorting and needed to deliver information and images to judges across the country in a way they could process ieasily. Judges are not tech savvy individuals so thankfully Jotform enabled us deliver effortless viewing and processing of images and text. We were able to process 1000’s of images, hundreds of entries with 10 forms EFFORTLESSLY. A couple of days I was sick and needed to work lying down and mobile app was a life saver! Support via Contact us is truly a wonderful part of this program. Although it’s all via email they respond and offer clear solutions or fix issues on their end. Amazing! A+++

Best app for paperless business
I’ve started using this for enrollments. Since they added tables I downloaded the tables and uploaded it to my book keeping app and also my contacts. I could do 3 jobs in 1 and paperless. I’ve just picked up a way to add pictures of documents to applications. Not figured out how to send a sent form back to be edited by applicant. This app has made life much much easier

The best! The visionaries if JotForm did a great job creating this.
Outstanding! I am in love with JotForm! I don’t even write reviews nor do I usually have the time but I have to say that this app has saved me countless hours and in that money! I was able to collect employee applicant information and have that come to me all in one place where I can download Files and see his contact information. I was able to easily translate that information into employee profiles that will be featured on an online marketplace and that saves a tremendous amount of time also! Very pleased! I won’t use any other program for my forms ever again.

Brilliant for small business
This app is brilliant for small business!! Really helps you get organized and take some of the load off by having pre-surgery with this form before you provide whatever service or product they need/want. It creates or more tailored experience for your customer/clientele.

I never wanted to have to get another software or app let alone to have to pay but even the free version has made such a difference my website forms are not a intelligent as a business this has made making money and business a lot easier

Loving my Jotform
I’ve been with Jotform since 2014 and I must say that I did not have any problems with it. Uhm maybe little glitches but I think Jotform team gets the notifications from their clients right away and for sure they know it as they use it as well. I’m super happy with my Jotform and hope it stays this way. Good job Jotform team!!!! More power!!!!

This App Changed My Life!
I have nothing to say except you NEED this app if you’re wanting to run a business ESPECIALLY during covid times! I’m a business owner of a small spa and this has helped me in so many ways and it’s allowed me to completely digitize my client consent forms, covid forms, surveys etc. It’s super easy to navigate and hands down a life saver! Get it!!
